Pace services were pit standing from the start. From my initial quote to find out about whole house generators to the follow up and install was incredible. They are friendly, professional, communicative and very good.
If need a generator, do not hesitate to give Pace services call.

Pace Electric helped us get a generator for our home. From start to finish it was a hassle free, no pressure experience. Pace contacted all the necessary entities in order to get the generator installed ( electric and gas companies…) The sales representatives, office staff and installers were all very professional and mannerly. Rich and Bryan were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained everything, when the power would be out, and when they were going to test the generator. They went over the operation of the generator and explained about the mobile app for Generac. i would highly recommend this company and team for any electrical work needed.

My husband and I were first introduced to the Pace Company when we decided to install an additional AC system in the attic to accommodate the second floor. Pace was the electrician of choice for Aireserv (another AMAZING company) and the technicians that did that work did such an excellent job, we asked them to complete some additional projects in our home. Anton was the first electrician we worked with, and my husband instantly connected with him and just liked his overall vibe and work ethic. As we continued working with the company, we were introduced to some of the most professional, knowledgable and hardworking people we have ever met, and it is obvious that they are top notch. We have had them back to install a whole home Generac generator (completed in ONE DAY minus the gas portion, which the state regulates), as well as to rectify a receptacle issue that was actually quite hazardous and could have caused a fire. Rich and Brian were wonderful at installing the generator, and even laid down a tarp to ensure our landscaping stone was not buried while digging the trench for the gas line! Pace Electricians are dedicated professionals whom we are happy to call on for any of our future electrical needs. They even have an after hours service and a LIVE HUMAN ANSWERS! Joanne in the front office is phenomenal and always on top of appointments. In fact, she has been in touch with us several times to ensure the work has been done correctly and to our specifications. This entire company is just wonderful and we are so grateful to have found them. Look no further for all your electrical and generator needs!!!Pace Services LLC

As many are aware there were assorted major power failures in Pennsylvania recently. Some of the residents in my development have previously installed Generac Whole House backup power systems.
Those of us with Systems were able to help our neighbors with extension cords to help save refrigerated items and box fans when the AC quit working. Unfortunately others were not able to acquire any electricity and lost food, medicines, and checked to Hotels or nearby family member’s homes.
Some of my neighbors have asked about my Generac Whole House System and I
strongly suggest using Pace Electric (pacede.com) .
They are one of the best Factory Authorized installers and servicers of all Generac
Products on the East Coast. Personally, I have used Generac systems on four homes throughout the years and the peace of mind when the power fails make the System invaluable.
Right now Generac is offering a free 10 year extended warranty on their product and
it is transferable to new owners if you sell your home. The cost of the System is also
added to the adjusted cost basis of your home when you sell it. Many realtors will now
tell you that having a backup power system is a strong selling point as well.
Pace Electric has installed the majority of the Generac Systems in my development
and their familiarity with our housing systems, layouts, and local building and electrical codes make the entire process very organized.
Pace Electrical will handle everything--
Estimate of installation requirements and pricing.
Obtain the necessary City electrical and PECO gas Permits and Inspection sign-offs.
Inspections and natural gas line modification(s)
Installation of the Generator and all wiring needed for the Transfer switch at the House electrical panel.
Thorough testing and yearly servicing of your Generator system as needed.

I contacted Pace Electrical & Generator Services for a whole house Generac Generator due to the recommendation from my brother-in-law, who had Pace Services install his generator 7+ years earlier. He said "it was one of the best investments he has made." From the very start Pace Electrical service was first rate. They kept me fully informed with each step of the process. Each team member I encountered from my initial inquiry to its full installation, was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. The last step involved a Pace employee coming out to start the generator, test it, then review the things I needed to know; he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I feel comfortable and confident with their expertise and customer service moving forward.

Timely, professional, reasonable rates. I was very impressed with the service Pace Electrical provided. I requested a quote for a small job through the BBB over the weekend. Pace Electrical called me Monday morning (which was even a holiday) and within 45 minutes, the technician and an apprentice were at my house and working. I asked them to move an electrical wire and install two outlets. They checked locations with me before connecting the outlets and ensured that everything was working. They also cleaned up the work area. The job was finished in less than an hour. I'll definitely call them with my next job.Pace Services LLC
