Just had a "Generac" house generator installed. Technicians were on time. Gave a briefing on what the work would entail and approximate completion time. Technicians and subcontractors were very professional and interacted with each seamlesly to complete the job. Cleanup was outstanding along with operation briefing as well. Well worth the effort and money spent having Pace install this emergency generator. Excellent service all around from the company.

We had a "Generac" house generator installed, by Pace Services. They did an excellent job, in every way. They also, organized the gas pipe installion for us, with another company. Pace Services representatives, and technicians, were courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff was helpful, and responded quickly to my calls. It has been one year, since our installation. We now have the "preferred" maintenance plan. I feel confident, that our generator, will be well maintained going forward.

Had a whole house generator installed. Company’s representatives were professional from the get go! Quote and payment options were very straight forward. Installers were very well qualified and professional. They took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. Office staff was very helpful and responsive. This is a turnkey operation in terms of installation, registrations and warranty paperwork. I got this product because I don’t trust our electrical grid.Pace Services LLC
