  Great experience with Callaway Corporations. From a prompt estimate and quality work start to finish. They kept me informed before during and after the job. The owner came to my property to check on the job himself upon completion. He was also very informative with any and all questions I had along the was as I was contacting several businesses for quotes. He never acted like he didn’t have time for my call or questions. Job completed as promised and when promised.

  After being burnt by one contractor and interviewing several other local contractors, Callaway Corporations, LLC was the final choice. Keith (the owner) and Doug (site manager) were absolutely up front and honest with us from the beginning of the project. Callaway recommended a course of action, and we agreed to their advice. The rebuilding project entailed a number of difficult obstacles to resolve. They arranged for a certified engineer to meet with us and reconstruct the structure from the foundation up. The crew was personable, professional, efficient and worked hard every day they were on site. They came to our home several times before and during the construction and never was a phone call ignored or waylaid. Ultimately we have a beautiful enclosure in accordance with Sussex County Code. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. Considering all the work that had to be done to reconstruct the mess left behind, the price was reasonable and well worth the effort. They are a wonderful construction firm to work with with. They convey integrity and take pride in the finished project. I'm convinced they can do anything very well!

  I am very pleased with the new deck built by Calloway and I appreciated the fair pricing, quality workmanship and sincere interest in customer satisfaction. Keith made the while process seamless and I will call on Calloway for any future projects.

  Callaway added a front room to our new mfg home. As the project was planned, Keith made suggestions that were most helpful. As well, when we wanted to make a change, Keith got it done. His crew was polite and helpful. We must say, Callaway built a room that we love.

  I just had Callaway Corporation do a project for us at our beach house for a second time. We were hugely pleased with the first project, and just as pleased with this one. The team was courteous and respectful. They were considerate of my time and schedule (not easy, since they had to let me know when work would be done on my house several days in advance because it involved a 90 mile drive for me and changing my work schedule around). They informed me of all scheduling delays and were always on-time on the designated day. They worked neatly and efficiently and were always polite and considerate. The work was beautifully done. I can’t say enough about the company and the two work crews who worked at my house. The owner and office manager took a personal interest in making sure that things were done right. What more can you ask for?

  Keith and his crews built an addition on our manufactured home. Keith walked us through the process from start to finish and top to bottom. He answered all of our questions and made some recommendations that we didn’t think about. The price was fair, the work and craftsmanship was great and we couldn’t be more happier with our much needed new space!

  Callaway did an excellent job on the remodel of my bathroom. As with a 50 year old bathroom a problem were unearthed and Callaway handled it quickly and with total expertise. The job was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with my new bathroom.

  We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC.
  
  The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor.
  Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!!
  
  The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous.
  
  Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us.
  I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project.

  The Callaway Corporation and their crews did a wonderful job replacing a wooden deck with a composite deck. They completed the work on time, they were spot on with the starting date as promised, and proved to be exceptional with their workmanship and with their people skills. I would highly recommend them for whatever project they would complete for you. We are extremely pleased with the finished product!!
