      From the first phone call you know this business is like none other. The owner came out the next business day to give us an estimate, and the job was completed the next week unlike other companies that put you on the schedule three months away. Our house steps were completed and look wonderful, the craftsman ship is superb and we are satisfied knowing they will last a lifetime. We would recommend anyone to use Callaway Corporations for any home repair needs. Everyone was pleasant to work with from Catherine in the office to the owner Keith Callaway.

      We had siding issues between an attached garage and the roof overhang of the house. I contacted Callaway, spoke to Katherine and she sent Mike to look at the issue and fix it for us. Mike suggested we put Azek where the siding was sliding loose. That way we never have to worry about this again. Today two young men came and were here by 7:30 and went right to work. Job was completed, all construction material was cleaned up including scanning the area with a magnet to pick up any loose nails. Great job and I must say the nicest young men doing the work and representing the company. Thank you Katherine and Keith and workers for a great job and pleasant experience. Then we had 3 pieces of siding to replace on the side of the house as previous neighbor kids decided to shoot pellets at the house in the night. This was also fixed. A separate worker came the same day (Mike) and took care of this. I would recommend this company to anyone and Callaway Corp should be commended for their professionalism and great taste in the workers they hire. Thanks Mike and thanks to the other two workers which I did not get the names of. My bad cause they were great!!

      Keith and his crew are fantastic. Last June 2022 they did a wonderful job building our deck. Beautiful work, my husband & I are very happy.
      This month May 2023 Keith & crew fixed flooring problems in our home (we just bought home last year, was a model home).
      Michael, with his crew are very caring, & compassionate workers.
      So, if you need any kind of work done on your home, please give Callaway Corps a call, they do it all. Its a company you definitely can trust.

      Better than I could have imagined!

      In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room.

      During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel. Callaway is an honest and experienced construction company and I am already planning my phase 2 renovations with them.

      Vinyl Siding Repair. Callaway Corporations, LLC Was by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Everything about their work was amazing. Everything was ahead of schedule, and their estimate was terrific with no bumps of any kind. They have all types of home improvement services, and I would highly recommend them. The owner Keith Callaway made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

      Showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after themselves. Didn’t really know they were there. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

      First, I must admit that I seldom write reviews unless a review is truly warranted (good or bad). In this case, I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Callaway definitely exceeded my expectations with customer service, workmanship, and level of professionalism. I would recommend Callaway Corportation without hesitation.

      Excellent outcome. Project was completed in a professional and timely. Callaway says what it does and does what it says. Crew was very professional in manner. Polite, respectful , courteous and extremely industrious. I expect the high quality of workmanship and materials will provide a roof that lasts a lifetime.

      Can't say enough good things about them! Callaway was wonderful! Keith and Katherine communicated promptly and clearly every step of the way, and the work was done professionally, quickly and cleanly. Their work crew was very nice. I have had many, many compliments on my new roof, and plan to have Callaway do some additional projects for me.
