Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable—making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the materials and Amish craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the final result looks fantastic. 1 starI am extremely disappointed in Delmarva Buildings. Lack of communication is the biggest issue. I had to be away for 4 days. Delivery of my materials was scheduled for my third day out of town. My salesman advised me to mail in a check for the delivery, which I did, even put it to his attention. He took my check and gave it to accounting. It was deposited two days before my delivery. Pay,ent is due at time of delivery. And then, mysteriously, my delivery date was changed. Funny how I had a set in stone date and then they changed it once they got my money. I complained to accounting and asked them to have my salesman’s supervisor call me. Instead my salesman called me. He had nothing but lame excuses and claimed to not know about my changing delivery date. We sent the check in GOOD FAITH. I then called my project manager who I had only met the day before. He informed me he would have his boss call me. A guy named James calls me, he identifies himself as the VP. He is very insulting, condescending and arrogant. Now I have a foundation in my yard and no lumber. He has my money. He hung up on me after I told him “this is fucking ridiculous.” He has a problem with one cuss word, but doesn’t seem to have a problem stealing our money.Review fromStephan B

Delmarva Buildings converted an existing pole building on my property into my current barndo home and did a fantastic job. Everyone I've worked with was pleasant to deal with and all the sub-contractors they used for the interior fitout were professional, timely and provided quality workmanship. From Bumblebee Construction (interior framing and fine finishes) to Big Red Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electric Dryer Vent & Appliances), Quality Garage Doors and Gutters, Septic Masters (septic system) and PBS Direct with supplying the materials. Thanks everyone for all your hard work! Delmarva Buildings has earned my business for any future projects.

I am very pleased with my experience with Delmarva Pole Buildings. From start to finish everything went pretty smooth. The price they quoted me was very competitive. The material delivery and construction of the building went well. All the employees were very kind to work with and i would recommend them to anyone. After having issues that I explained in a Previous review Delmarva acknowledged our complaints about issues and corrected all of them and also offered a gift for our troubles. We are very happy with the end product.Delmarva Buildings

The building was completed and the craftmanship was top notch. With that said the first person I dealt with as a customer service rep was difficult to say the least. She did not give accurate dates, did not communicate really anything without me initiating the contact. At one point I was emailing her and not getting a response and when I called in found out she was on maternity leave and never notified me she would not be available. The next person was wonderful and kept me informed the rest of the way. There was some issues with removing materials after the build but that was under the first rep. On another note keep track of your payments to them. There was an issue where billing thought I owed more than I did because my down payment was not subtracted and had to show them all the checks and credit card payments to get it resolved. Overall I am happy with the building, but the process to get there was difficult.Delmarva Buildings

My experience with Delmarva Builders was an easy process. From the first sales rep that visited our farm to the final inspection and certificate of occupancy, the various contractors, the office personnel - all were courteous and kept me up to date on the process.
