I had a great experience with Delmarva Pole Barns the crew was great they finished on schedule and made sure everything was done correctly I had a small problem with the walk in for and they replaced it with no problem I will use them again if i ever need another buildingDelmarva Buildings

1 starWorst company I've ever dealt with in 56 years of life. The Amish that build the buildings are excellent but the people at delmarva are terrible they only will text you If you have issues you can't get anyone to respond to you. 1 starHorrible experience with this company. They wanted payment up front and then disappeared. The job was supposed to take 5 months for 3 days of actual work but took almost 12. They did not do any quality control and never fixed any issues. I never saw anyone after signing off.Review fromKevin H.

1 starSigned a contract with Delmarva in March 2022. The job started in August . The garage door openings were made the wrong size. (to big) . The (1) window was damaged and installed anyway. Waited almost (3) months for the concrete. After countless phone calls, emails and txt messages to find out when concrete will be done. I had to find my own concrete contractor. Many phone calls and emails to sales reps. , project managers, secretaries, the owners were ignored. After repeated attempts on a daily basis did I get a response. My lawyer advised me to to document and record all remaining contact with Delmarva. Only then did communication change. Delmarva is a HORRIBLE company ! HORRIBLE communication ! HORRIBLE experience. ! Every phase of the pole barn construction was a long , dragged out process. I would give Delmarva a negative star rating and advise everyone to NEVER use this company ! !Review fromSamuel E
