    Add another case of them sending an emergency room bill to collections that was paid almost a year ago by insurance.

    Zero customer service, zero communication, lowest common denominator of debt sharks. Lazy predators and I hope the damage they're doing some day catches up with them.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this medical billing company. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone, I have yet to receive any response. My voicemails go unanswered, and the online contact form on their website has proven to be equally ineffective. Additionally, the website listed for online payments is non-functional, making it impossible for me to settle my bill. It feels as though the company is more interested in sending accounts to collections than assisting their customers. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

    Trash. They have zero communication skills (literally only have an automated phone system and they mail out uselessly lacking itemized bills with zero explanation) and would rather send your bill to collection than to help you understand it and make a payment. They have zero disregard for the fact that it is human being’s going through medical issues. No empathy. Soulless money hungry leeching individuals driven by fear. I don’t know how anyone at the company wakes up and pushes buttons for these low life humans. Please advise.

    Same story. Shore Memorial billed my insurance, insurance says paid in full. Then I get bill from "Bayfront Emergency Physician" for $764. How can they do this?

    Impossible to reach them. Instead of answering the phone they want you to leave your insurance company information. The thing is the phone cuts off before you can leave the information.
