  Please run from this company.
  My story: The magazine version.
  It took 1 month to receive the part after losing twice.
  The part was damaged and nonfunctional.
  The part was partially dismantled and missing major parts.
  The part was $1500 and is almost a total loss.
  They won't refund any of the money, in fact offered a discount on the next purchase... wow.
  If I return it, they will keep 25% of what I paid for "restocking."
  
  Trust me, go anywhere else for parts.

  In late January 2024, I purchased a driver seat for a 2017 Subaru Outback from County Auto Salvage in Claymont, DA. The seat was purchased online and delivered to my home in York, PA. They emailed pictures of the seat. I reviewed them and I bought the seat.
  
  The seat was delivered and it had a tear and a puncture. They left the seat in my garage and the driver did not alert me. He/she left the seat and they left without allowing me to inspect it and accept delivery. The pictures they emailed did not show the damage. The seat they left in the garage had a sticker that indicated -- "Please Inspect Before accepting". I never had an opportunity to inspect the seat. I believe they new about the damage.
  
  Here we are in late June and I still have the damaged seat. They won't issue a refund ($636) unless I return the seat. It would cost me more than what I paid to return the seat.
  
  In mid-May, I received a call from a driver. He asked if I had a forklift so he could pick up the seat. I do not so he elected not to pick it up.
  
  I too have had communication problems with them. They do not return calls.
  
  Buyers beware. County Auto Salvage can not be trusted. These people are scammers. They misrepresented the seat's condition and want me to return it for a refund.
  
  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  This place is a scam. Horrible people. Say anything to get a sale then do not come through. Completely screwed up my order and did not refund the return shipping as promised. They completely hang up on me when I call. Promise to call me back then do not. They screwed me out of $300. These people are the worst. Do not use them. They should be put out of business.

  I was searching for a particular fuel tank for my 1990 truck. I was quoted a price of $495 including shipping to my door. After numerous days, and providing my payment information, I asked them to ship the tank or refund my money. I was told via email that it was shipped and that I would get the shipping info the next day. I was called a day later and told that the shipping was more than what was expected and they tried to get me to provide additional funds to assist with shipping costs.
  
  After a number of minutes expressing my concerns and poor business ethics, morals and business practice, I was assured that they could not ship the tank. Remember, before, they told me it was shipped. After expressing my views on their lack of character and ethics, I finally asked that they send me a refund. They said I'd have it within two business days. We shall see.
  
  I would highly NOT recommend this business. They appear to be deceitful and or have a lack of any business ethics and morals.

  SCAMMERS! I ordered a "complete Dash" assembly for $750. One month later I received the Dash pad, not the complete dash. Was told it was coming. TWO months later was told I was getting a partial refund of $200 only. After several attempts to try and get someone on the phone, finally was giving a guarantee that I would get an additional $248 back, ONLY after i sent them back the Dash pad. So i said fine any additional money back is better than not, I knew it was a scam but sent the Dash pad back anyway, hoping they would honor what they said. Well here we are several months later still no additional refund and now no response to emails or phone calls. If I call from a work number they don't recognize they will pick up, but as soon as I tell them why I am calling they hang up. DON'T do business with theses people. I have all the emails and call logs to back this claim up.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I needed a door handle for a CLK320/ cabriolet passenger door. It is a two piece sku. They took pictures of the cover and sent it to me- and ignored the piece that mounts the panel that the cover snaps onto.
  
  I emailed them 3 times- the last time with a video from youtube showing the piece they didn't include...within their 2 day requirement. No contact. I called them. I spoke with the guy I bought it from (Henry)- he kept diverting, telling me he couldnt help me get what I needed without an additional charge.
  
  He eventually transferred me to his supervisor, James. At one point he to me to BREAK OR DAMAGE THE BRAND NEW PIECE THEY SENT ME TO GET THE CREDIT. I asked if they video taped the packaging before shipping- he said yes. It would be very clear then that they shipped a new one, and I broke it.
  
  They refuse to give me my money back. These people are scammers- BIG TIME. Do not buy from them. They are masters at bait and switch.
