    Avoid this company like the plague, save your money & dispute on your own! Before any work is done, they ask customers to give a review once they sign up to make it appear like the company is legit. They can't sign up with the BBB, because they're a scam. The agents do not receive any background checks & they work from home, so all of your personal information is exposed on their home computers.

    I called about a collection that was appearing on my credit report and got a lot of useful information about disputing the item and also ways that I can work on building my positive credit as well. I have tried to get this item removed on my own with no luck. They have a 90 day money back guarantee which made me think, that I have nothing to lose. I supplied them with proof that I paid the collection and documents to prove my address and identity and I was shocked, it actually came off. Now I just need to follow the steps they gave me to start growing my credit and I'll be on my way to getting my first mortgage.

    Run! This is NOT a legit company per TransUnion ! They will tell you they can help but they cannot ! They are NOT a true credit service per TransUnion ! I received a letter from TransUnion with the information !! Please do not have them help you ! They got me for about $300 as of now! They have locked my account before I even got the letter ! Tried to call but no answer ! Just sent them email reply today regarding they need to stop payment and that I received a letter from TransUnion that they are not an accredited company !

    I paid over $500 months ago to have a few things disputed and was told I wouldn't be charged again since I paid up front. However, I checked my bank account and see that I've been charge $99 every month for many months now. Ridiculous! Do not use credit sage.

    This is a scam! Im having to also file a dispute with my bank to see if I can recover my losses. I was told by my representative they were accredited by the BBB to find they werent. I see why they are so accommodating when speaking with them initially. They want whatever $ they get in the beginning of this process. All their reviews seem to be about how happy ppl were when signing up but none about months into the process. Its awful that so many ppl will be scammed by this company!

    These people will take you for your money that's all they want, if they tell you to stop paying on a account don't listen because next you will be receiving a summons for court for unpaid accounts! I just don't want this to happen to the next person they will make things more difficult for you in the long run

    Been working with them for months and they havent even had addresses removed They havent done anything to help my credit. Dont waste your time or money. I had to open a dispute with my bank because they are a scam and arent BBB Accredited for a reason.
