    They told my husband and I that he had to pay $400 back in March to have the negative stuff removed and get debts off his credit. They called him a month later and asked for $99 more, but never gave a reason other than our account flagged as “insufficient funds” which is completely inaccurate, there was MORE than enough money in there. They called again in May and just recently for another $99 because “insufficient funds” again, there was more than enough money in there to cover it. We are not paying another DIME to this company, as well as warning others what they are doing. They are scammers and refuse to refund all of the previous money paid so we can negotiate with the creditors ourselves and pay the creditor off.

    Told me to pay a sum of 278 dollars, told me that within the week they would have the infractions on my credit score removed. Told me later on that it would be 99 dollars to sign up for credit surveillance and maintenance. Just saw a charge for standard score llc today for 24.95. They never told me I'd be getting charged past the 278.00 and the infractions have still not been taken off my credit score.
