    this place is a scam I contacted them on 2/27/2025 to help find out why a collection for an outstanding past due miraclecy from 2019 appear on my bureau for $64.00 causing my Cresit score to drop by 100 points. I paid this firm $199.00 to help with the necessary information to investigate and help resolve the matter. Two months go by and never heard a word from them so I called the later part of May and they gave me run around and said that heard from any of the Credit Bureaus to call back after 6/10 instead I took matters into my hands and contacted Experian and within 20 mins the agent gave me all the info and fixed the problem and with 3 days the collection was removed from my bureau...so today 6/17 I contacted Credit Sage they said they were still waiting to hear from Transunion...when I called them out for not providing the service and lnowone ever called me in 3 months, when I explained to them I resolved the problem myself and demanded a refund or even a partial refund of the $199.00..the agent try to wordsalad and deflect the issue she said no refund...
