    I have used them for 2 months. I was never charged until I had a virtual visit and the meds were prescribed. Then I was charged on 9/19 without any knowledge, no visit and no prescription. I called 9/21 and finally got someone on the phone who told me that they would cancel the account and refund the money. I got an email confirmation. Immediately after that, there was another charge to my credit card for the same amount of $497. I contacted the CS person again and she said that there was no additional charge to my account. I sent the screenshot of it and she said since it was pending, I could call the bank to stop it. I don't even know if that is possible. She then also said that since it was a monthly charge, that's what happens. HOWEVER, I had already received the confirmation that my account was closed and a refund had been issued when this happened. If my account was closed/canceled, there should have been no additional charges. I've emailed all this info to them and have yet to receive a correction or anything helpful. I have locked my card as well as contacted my bank and disputed the charge that already went through, but I don't know what else to do. Two charges for $497 is a lot of money and shouldn't have happened. Please help!

    "Update 9/23/23: I'm happy to say that the issues have been resolved quickly. I am still not sure how the pricing works, if it's for the eval and meds or just a subscription price so I would be sure to get clarification. Otherwise, the meds came in a couple of days and worked great."

    On 8/18/2023, I originally asked to cancel my subscription and for a refund of $397 via email and I was told it was done and to wait 3-5 business days. I have not received the refund and again on 8/25/2023 I asked by email if I could have proof of refund, I didn’t not receive it and received another email from them on 8/28/2023 stating that the refund was processed and to wait 3-5 business days…it’s been 8 business days. They do not answer the phone number listed and there is no other way to speak to a person. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company.

    08.11.2023 I engaged services of weight loss program. The product and services provided were not acceptable. The product didn't work. The experience didn't follow the best practices and were not at all typical of a normal experience with taking Semaglutide. The customer service was horrible. I was instructed to follow a link to speak with a doctor to resolve my issues, I tried dozens of times to access the doctor through the link, and no one was ever available.
