    Do not use rapid address change. I was in a hurry and thought I was using USPS to change my address. 68$ and 3 weeks later and still nothing. Only contact info for them is email. You can try to call their listed number but goes to VM every time. Do NOT get fooled like I did.

    A total scam was trying to change my address and it charged me $68 2 weeks has passed and still haven't changed my address try looking up phone number to call to complain for a refund no answer.

    SCAM! How I got in their site when I typed in USPS, I don’t know. Their questions are exactly like the post office except when you get to where you enter card # for verification, they don’t have an amount like the real post office. Then they charge you $68! The real post office charges $1.10. My bank couldn’t help me and I can’t ask for a refund because they didn’t email me a receipt with a reference number. I left my name/email/phone number but I won’t hold my breath.

    Less than 1 star. Absolutely a scam. Was trying to change address on the USPS website but rerouted to this site. Pd $68.00 after hit sumbit the cost of the service appears.

    Scam!!! Was suppose to refund my money and they took it out refunded it so they say and then is disappeared again!! They should be ashamed of themselves and shut down!!!

    I’m pretty sure I just got scammed for $68 by this company. There is no customer support and they are claiming to forward your mailing address then when you hit submit, they charge your card for no service.

    After my recent move, I went online to change my address with USPS. They charge $1.10 for a change of address. Although it said USPS, I can only assume I accidentally clicked on the wrong link. The site led me through the process, then asked for my payment information, which I assumed was to cover the $1.10 charge. Not so. The company charged $68.00 to my card. Luckily, my bank caught it as a potential scam and so far it has not cleared. However, it is a holiday weekend and I'm concerned that it may clear because I cannot speak with my bank until Tuesday. Point being- do not mistake Rapid Address Change as being connected to the USPS in any capacity. They are not.
