There is no way of contacting this company. Not quickly. They say 24/7 support but I can't get ahold of anyone. The phone number says no tech support available and leave message. Sometimes the number says it is no longer in service. The live chat isn't live. I'm trying to get a refund Bc $39 is too much for an address change. I see all these reviews now and wtf? Why is this website up and running. Take the shit down. Unfuvcking believable.

Scam. It was the first google search listing because they paid for an Ad when I Google searched for “USPS change of address” which Google autofilled after I typed “USPS c” I clicked on it and it looked similar to the USPS site but didn’t say what it was charging until after I used my card. Pretty smart scam

I am so upset right now. I am in the moving process so of course I had to do an address change. Somehow when u pull up USPS, they obviously intercepted which made me feel I was on the correct website, so I continued the process. The $49 charge was very questionable, but prices are going up everywhere now-a-days, so I went along with it. Now, fast-forward 2 days later, I still get mail at my old address. I tried calling them today at 267.863.6328 and all it did was ring then I got an automated system to prompt me to leave a message. For Whom?!!!! I then googled Rapid Address change and all I see is "they are a fraud", "don't do it" and all this other negative stuff about them. Not to mention the long ass order number you are provided i.e., a7029c36-ac2c-41cb-xxxx-9b3274cxxxxx... I hate these scams and I pray I don't get hurt by this. Please do something about them. Thank goodness I have a bank that can get me through this. I also read one of the reviews that said call them and they will give you your money back. I tried that, and I could not get anyone, which leave me to believe they left that review themselves. I just want my mail. and my money back.

I googled usps address change and my search was hijacked. Before I knew it, I was charged $49 instead of the normal $1.10 the USPS charges. I’m going to call my bank but since I switched banks after moving out of state I’m sure I won’t get it back like I would have with my old bank. I can’t believe this site is still doing business, it should have been shut down after all the complaints I e seen.

This is a scam pretending to be USPS. Hidden 49.00 charge vs. 1.10 real USPS charge. Beware. And after contacting bank to report and reverse charge, hopefully, now requested new debit card to avoid future account drain by this outfit.

This site is a scam. Thinking they were legit, I entered the payment info and as I got to the end, I saw the 39.95 charge. At that point, I knew it was not legit and backed out. The money was taken from my account but no further action as far as the change of address. Found the legit USPS site and did the change myself for 1.00. Do not use Rapid Address Change, its a scam
