    I signed up for a $1 trial, and I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed a reoccurring fee. I contact the support center, and they issued me a refund.

    I signed up for $1 Free trial and in 4 days they have tried to remove $250 my bank has blocked them but it like they are just charging random numbers to see if they can get it to go. They charged ***** and 52 and 38 and 28 and 16 and another 28 I tried sending email and it came back undeliverable go figure that's their support email anyway I canceled everything.

    Absolutely a scam. They will get you to give your entire credit card number when you call to cancel a membership you never signed up for. We are not stupid and didnt give it to them but they surely tried. They charged us for several months before we saw it. $68 a month for 5 months!! They will not let you cancel either and they will keep charging you. If you see this charge, or a charge from them, call your credit card company immediately.

    Trying to get money out of me. Did the $1.00 trail period and now they are trying to collect money,I notified my financial institution that I did not auth any payment and they still are trying to collect. Luckly, they have declined all the transactions.
