I enrolled in a free 7day trial, the app charged me within 48 hours of the trial. I canceled within the free trial, and they will not refund the charge. I have attempted to email multiple times, sometimes they don't respond for months. The refuse to look at the case and refund the money.

Terrible company policy. Refusing to give me a refund unless I complete part of their program within a certain amount of time. But they took so long to answer me about a refund that now I don’t have enough time.

Clickbait on instagram brought me to MellowFlow on 5/10/2024 - big mistake! MellowFlow is an app to help break procrastination patterns, but their entire onboarding and payment process is enough to make any person procrastinate. I must have clicked through half a dozen extra add-on features over and over again just to get to the final payment process - totally began to feel like a scam; but I went ahead and paid for a one month subscription. Couldn't find the app to download at first, but got an email with download instructions later, which is weird - it doesn't appear in app stores (RED FLAG!). I immediately reached out to cancel the subscription and then requested a full refund. The customer support was terrible and told me they would give me 25% refund. I said I wanted a full refund and this is the ridiculous email I got back: "To initiate a full refund request, customers must contact us via email at [email protected] within 11 days following the initial purchase. As part of the refund request, customers must explain their reasons for dissatisfaction and demonstrate adherence to the plan by completing 7 consecutive lessons. Proof of completion should be submitted in the form of screenshots or other acceptable documentation. Our Customer Service Team will review each request carefully, considering the provided reasons and evidence of plan adherence, within 1-3 business days. Should the request be approved, the timeframe for processing the full refund will be between 5-10 business days. Please note, full refunds are not applicable to recurring payment plans. Additionally, certain plans, such as the 28-day challenge, may be exempt from this policy due to the different nature and structure of the offer. This means that I simply can't authorize a full refund for you, unless you try the program for 7 consecutive days. If you don't want to do this, I can only offer you a 50% refund at the current moment." This company screams scam and just wants your $$$

I have discovered this app is likely a scam after being charged a second time without knowing a payment was due. I have been charged twice and I am trying to cancel my subscription and cut contact with this service, but there is no easy or clear cut process to do so. I have also read that this program may try to steal patient's personal information as well. The charge went through my apple pay service but the app and the way the program works does not appear in the app store subscriptions. I have attempted to refute the most recent charge through my bank, but the payment is currently still pending and hasn't gone through yet.

I signed up for the 28-Day No-Yelling Parenting Challenge on 3/12. I contacted them with questions about one of the lessons on 3/13. No response. I contacted them on 3/21 about getting a refund. Received an email on 3/22 letting me know that my subscription has been cancelled (I never signed up for a subscription??) and with elaborate instructions for submitting my refund request, including screen shots of the first 7 consecutive days of my membership. Well obviously I can't do that since I'm already 10 days into the program. SCAM!!!

On 2/19/24 I received a marketing email from MellowFlow that advertised a full refund if I signed up and completed a 28 day streak. Please refer to screenshots attached - this was not only offered in the email, but when clicking the link from the email, it takes you to several pages on their website further explaining this refund offer and ensuring there are no hidden conditions. I purchased MellowFlow for $29.99 on 2/20/24. Upon completing the 28 day streak and emailing the company as instructed to receive my full refund, the company has not honored it and argued that their refund policy is no refunds if you purchased more than 11 days prior. This was not mentioned anywhere in their “28 day challenge” description. The customer service rep has acted as if this offer never happened and this “28 day challenge” does not exist, but I have the screenshots and the information for the challenge is still posted here: *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************hcuEGFAycb.UvN42R I would like a full refund as was promised originally by MellowFlow. I also want them to honor this promise to other existing customers and stop advertising it if they will refuse to honor it for new customers.

I wanted to provide an update on my complaint #21459968. After submitting the complaint and the business was notified by you, they did refund my account, so that resolution is no longer needed. If possible, I still want to keep the complaint on file because of their initial refusal to honor their advertised refund, and I think others should be forewarned of how difficult they make the process. And, I think if I hadn’t filed the complaint with you, they would not have refunded.Thank you,

      Better Business Bureau:

I don’t see a business response in the case but I do see my email to you that they had refunded me. Because they have refunded me, I am satisfied with their handling of the case. Thank you for your help!

I signed up for the 28 day parenting challenge and was billed $28.00 on 1-17-24. On 2-20-24 I was billed again for $28.00. I sent an email through the system twice with no response. I needed a refund for the second $28 charge, as I didn’t agree to that charge. Nowhere on the website or email did it list this as a subscription. After finally being contacted by the company, they stated that I agreed to this charge (told me it was in fine print at checkout). Also told I could get my money back if jumped through hoops for the guarantee unfortunately, I was unable to do this because the first stipulation was that this is done during the first 7 days; which clearly, it was over a month after because of the recurring charge. So I was told too bad. This “business” should be clear on this being a subscription you are signing up for. Very deceptive.

I had signed up for the 28 days No Yelling Challenge. I paid the 28 dollars and have now been getting charge monthly since. I have tried to contact the company via email 3 times and attempted to call them multiple times. Each time it states all representatives are busy to send an email you will hear from them in several hours. I have never heard back. I would the payments from both January and February back as well as whatever "subscription" I have canceled. I cannot find anything on their website showing that I am signed up for a subscription or a place to cancel. I also cannot even update my billing information. it says to call or email to which I have done both of and never heard back.

2/4 - I thought I would try it for one month, but they billed me for 29.99 for one month and 187.88 for a lifetime--didn't sign up for that. I declined all add-ons. So I was surprised to see over $200 out of my account. I have tried emailing and messaging them to get this corrected, but there has been no response. I have contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. I was willing to give them a chance, but they overcharged and won't respond. So I figured maybe they would respond once they saw this. UPDATE 2/9 - They finally replied to my multiple emails to offer me a 25% refund on something I DIDN'T PURCHASE!!!! That is telling you it is a scam--they are more concerned about getting money than customer service. UPDATE 2/11 - They stopped replying to emails. Moved forward to disputing charges with PayPal. UPDATE 2/20 - still no refund. Said I bought the extra lifetime membership and don't refund for mistakes or accidental purchases. I didn't purchase it or click anything to authorize purchase. Also the positive reviews I have read on other sites are fake. They us AI for pictures to fake profiles. Contacting better business bureau now. Still dealing with credit card company on disputing charges. Also see their response. They apologize for any inconvenience, but won't refund the $217.

I paid an initial $25 for a month long parenting advice program. After I selected the initial program they asked if I wanted unlimited access for $99. No where did it say this was in addition to the $25. Also, no where did they say you can only access one lesson a day even after paying for the unlimited plan. There is no log in for the web site and I cannot get back to the lesson page. This is a complete scam.
