      Theft, plain and simple. Their refund policy is only valid for 11 days after initial purchase. I was charged $190 on Dec 20 after 6 months of not using the app and was told that I was only eligible for a 25% refund. This charge was made with no reminder emails or other communication whatsoever. Happy Holidays, indeed.

      I have contacted this company twice in the last month to cancel my subscription. I get an email that their customer support specialists work Monday-Friday and usually answer within one business day, but no one has contacted me yet and it's been over a month.

      I signed up for a 28-day challenge in an app. I did not approve the next month’s charge of $63.89. But they refused to refund me.

      Charged more than I was told - I was told it would be $1 for a month subscription but was charged the full fee of 29.99 and then a week later they charged me 63 and then after a month they charged me 95. I wasn’t paying attention to the transactions until I saw the 95. Then, when I contacted them, they refunded the 95 and canceled my subscription but wouldn’t respond to my request for information about the other charges. They never sent me a receipt for me to see what I agreed to. When I asked for one they didn’t respond. I kept following up and received no reply.

      They charged me for a membership I did not want. Their app is super glitchy and doesn't let you do the lessons daily, like they are supposed be done. I messaged them back and forth and they will not refund my money and after contacting them repeatedly they won't even respond.

      They charged me before my free trial had ended, and how they will not refund the charge. I have worked with them for over 6 months trying to resolve the issue and they won't/

      My experience with this company and their product is very similar to the other reviews posted by many customers here who have been mislead and taken advantage of by this company. I purchased a 1-month-trial membership from "Today Is the Day," but after only 2 days I have found their product to be subpar and unsatisfactory. The company restricts access to the information in a way that enforces the clients to purchase extended subscriptions without providing the service information as advertised. After requesting a refund I received an email response a few days later suggesting a 25% refund to my order, which is against their own "Risk-Free Guarantee" listed in the FQA on their website (where it clearly states that a full refund and cancellation will be provided at any time without being charged the full program price.) I hope this notice serves as a cautionary warning for future potential customers. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

      They lie about the price for their app, including on the checkout page, and though they may email you back when you request cancellation and a refund, they ignore your request. They are obviously intentionally deceptive.

      This company is involved in highly unethical business practices. While they're treating their customers very badly, as you can see from other reviews below, they're also stealing copyrighted content from other companies and using it as their own. Everyone should avoid working with them in any shape or form.

      The company, Today is the Day, practices illegal marketing tactics such as "bait and switch". They advertise one price and proceed to charge a separate price. Using design to intentionally misdirect users.
