      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by "Today Is the Day." Despite the company's promise of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues, my experience has been far from satisfactory. On February 12th, I was charged $59.98 for a service that did not meet the expectations set forth by the company. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to their customer service department on multiple occasions, providing all requested documentation and completing their specified requirements for a refund. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with limited and unsatisfactory responses, resulting in only partial refunds being issued, contrary to the full refund I was entitled to as per their policies. The lack of proper authorization for a full refund, despite my compliance with their requirements, has led me to question the company's commitment to consumer rights and customer service. This experience has not only caused financial inconvenience but has also consumed valuable time and effort on my part to seek a resolution that remains elusive. Furthermore, my decision to escalate the matter by submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office stems from the company's apparent disregard for consumer protection laws, which mandate refunds upon the provision of requested documentation and fulfillment of claim conditions. It is disheartening to encounter such a level of service, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Companies should not only stand by their products and services but also ensure their customer service departments are equipped to handle issues in a manner that respects consumer rights and fosters trust.

      Just as experienced by others, any attempt to cancel the "Today is the Day" app is totally ignored. Not only that, but they increased the monthly fee charged to my credit card with no notice by $30. I had to reach out to my bank & pay a bank fee to block all further charges from this business. The only other option was to cancel my card & have a new card issued with a new card number. Don't do business with this company or subscribe, even to the free trial for the "Today is is Day" app, as they will ignore your cancellation request.

      I was charged more than $90 after reaching out to cancel my subscription. The service provider took many days to accept my cancellation during which they ran my card. After reaching out after, they initially offered 25%, then 50% refund, in spite of my correspondence clearly being dated before the charge date. I have still received no refund, and had to issue a complaint to my credit card company.

      I was charged 31+ and never downloaded the app. I filed a complaint with PayPal, several messages later case was closed with being resolved. Apple was not able to help me as the program was never downloaded
