    Never signed up with this app and not really sure but they charged me once and then I emailed them and they stated they would give me a refund. Not only did they not refund the money but they charged me a second time!!

    Like others. Absoluut scam. They say I entered my creditcard number online. I KNOW I DIDNOT. THEY STOLE IT SOMEHOW. charged directly from my cc. Not via apple. Send 10 mails back and forth. The don’t refund. I will start a case via visacard. Unacceptable. Apple should immediately remove the app.

    Like others, I have been charged quarterly (~$82CAD with the exchange) even after having no subscription on Apple ID and writing to them requesting to cancel. They have not responded to any emails and there is no other way to contact them. AVOID THIS APP!

    SCAM. I've been charged $65 every quarter for months and I had no idea. It didn't show up on my iphone subscriptions or purchases bc apparently it was an online purchase. maybe one of my kids signed up for the free trial? anyways, the emails only refer to "free trial" long after the trial, meanwhile my card being charged $65.09 quarterly. No one even has the app downloaded and there are NO refunds.

    I keep getting charged 65 dollars every 3 months and I’ve never even used the app services. I cancelled my subscription on time, and I reached out to their customer service basically begging them to stop charging my card. They continue to do so. They have no phone number or faq about what to do. They said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an order number. I don’t even have the app on my phone! Like what order number are you talking about.

    Predatory and unethical business practices. payments renew on a quarterly not annual basis - this was not a parent when I purchased a free trial. Didn’t realize renewals are quarterly until I paid for the second 12 weeks of this horrible app. I have emailed repeatedly with no resolution. There is no other way to reach out to this company.

    Stay away, not transparent. First, this vendor doesn't give refunds which is not plainly stated as expected by an App vendor. To find this out you must read the Terms and Conditions Agreement Section 7. The second major issue is that they do not make it clear in the App store that there is no free version. Third the App is portrayed as feature rich but looks can be deceiving as it is not feature rich, but limits customization totally, you CAN'T select the music, voice, or colors in the Escapes and throughout the app. You can't even select the music it plays every time you open the app either and you can’t turn it off, just down. It feels like an app in Beta but with no discount. Third major issue is that it's setup to hide that it's a free trial but instead to look like a free version of the app. They do this by not giving you all of the features in the free App, which you may think is a dumb move, but they do this to deceive you into thinking this is a free version of the APP because who gives a 7-day free trial without all of the features? This way you do not even suspect there's a subscription that will start and therefore no need to even think it will charge you. Then it sends you into a subscription for $59.99 for 3 months with no refund options. Sneaky. The fourth major issue that I found after the fact, is that in the App’s description it shows a year subscription or $59.99 in the Apple App store. I emailed Loona customer service and asked that mine be extended to a year from 3months. I have cancelled the subscription so in the future it will not auto renew. This leads to the fifth major issue, I had to go into the App itself to cancel it unlike the instructions indicated because I followed the "Purchased in Apple App Store" instructions but really this is where I DOWNLOADED the app from, not purchased it. See Loona charged me through my Apply ID so I never had to enter a credit card. Again sneaky, CAUSES you not to realize you'll be charged for the App.

    Predatory is a good word for this business.
    Not clear how to stay with the free trial.....nothing they offer is any different than a YouTube video and some scrolling.
    Stopped using it right away....Uninstalled it....still charging me.....now they refuse to refund the second payment.
    Ugh.

    DONT DO THE FREE TRIAL ITS A SCAM!!

    I contacted Loóna Support Team because I was charged $43 for a year long subscription but there was definitely a glitch or something because I cancelled the free trial therefore I shouldn’t have been charged. I reached out to them about how I can go about getting a refund for this, but they replied back saying they couldn’t give me a refund for this because it had no record of me unsubscribing and there terms say all subscription purchases are final. I contacted by bank about it but haven’t heard anything back. I know I should be better at keeping track of my subscriptions but I’m just trying to figure out how I can get help for this issue as I’m not sure why the app never unsubscribed and I cannot afford that payment, but no one on that team seems to be able to help.
