    On 03JAN24 I made 5 deed research purchases. The company satisfied one of the orders, stating that 3 other orders were included, which were not. Furthermore, a follow-on email stated that some orders could not be completed due to the county being unknow and the property ID in the incorrect format.

    With no reply.


    What was provided to the company:
    - All property IDs (TAX IDs which are the APNs)
    - County
    - County MAP ID
    - Parcel Descriptions
    - Parcel Locations
    - County MAP with IDs and Descriptions

    The company stopped responding once I requested a refund for the remaining four $90.00 orders -- a total of $270.00.

    The client was responded to on every inquiry, including the refund request in the screenshot provided/attached with date and time stamp. The customer could not provide adequate or valid information for the remaining properties after several attempts.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.The business did not provide a full refund, and there are no attachments to their response. Furthermore, ALNs were provided for the properties, which are researchable.
