    I needed to do a lien search on a single property/property owner. I requested that work from US Title for approximately $200. The report was received in my inbox less than 24 hours later (next morning) and was exactly what I asked for. It had all the details I was looking for including dates of filings for the liens.
    I would recommend them for this purpose.
