    I ordered a laptop and received a much cheaper less powerful laptop. Returned within 1 hr of delivery. This company withheld 410.18 of my 2050.92. Amazon ask them to return it several times. They would not respond to Amazon when contacted. Many people on Amazon including me have been shorted on our refunds. Many reviews on Amazon backing up what I am stating. Please help me get the 410.18 owed to me to finish my refund. They are charging/ keeping way to much of customers money even though product was returned in perfect shape. I really feel like they are doing shady things. They definitely should be investigated for they actions to all these people.

    I purchased a Dell computer on Walmart online site not realizing it was sold from a third party seller. I received the wrong computer and never even opened the box. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent a return label and I received notice they got the computer back. They lowered the price of that computer. I paid $1079.00 and they only refunded $1011.96. I tried to call them but their number is not in service. I emailed them over 5 times and they said the refund was going back to my original payment method and that was almost a month ago and I still have not received the refund of $71.48. I want my money back! This company should be shut down as they have received numerous complaints of shady practices.
