This business is a joke. We bought a brand new HP laptop through Amazon. Within two months the harddrive went out. We contacted HP as we had bought the extended warranty. They did troubleshooting and then we were asked to send it in to HP. They returned it stating the laptop had been altered. The serial number of the laptop was for a HP 512 GB drive. The seller had modified it to be 1 TB drive so the warranty was null and void. We contacted the seller and they didn’t even respond to us. We then contacted Amazon to report the seller and were told there was nothing they could do for us. Cardinal Pro Electronics is as crooked as they get and NO ONE should do business with them. Why on Earth is Amazon even letting them sell items when they receive a D rating from the BBB and there are hundreds of awful reviews. Shame on this business for swindling so many people out of their hard earned money!!!

I bought a laptop from this seller for rendering through Amazon, with great specs. After a few months, the hard drive failed, losing all my work. Amazon sent me to the seller, who didn’t respond. I reinstalled Windows, but the same problem happened again. This time, I sought help directly from HP, the manufacturer. HP said the seller changed the laptop from 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD to 64 GB RAM and 4 TB SSD. Because of this, HP couldn’t help me. The seller still hasn’t responded.
Seller changed laptop specs, causing problems and voiding HP warranty, ignored my messages, leaving me without help.
Buying from this seller was a mistake. They changed the laptop specs and didn’t support me when it failed. Be cautious and stick to manufacturer specs to avoid similar issues.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with There is no customer service. I bought a laptop from this company, and they sent me one with a broken screen, never was able to turn it on, $,300 and they sent me a $121.00 only less than 10%. They indicated there was a $1,199.00 stocking fee and was not able to send out a refund. I sent the laptop back 1 day after receiving it. They are horrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order got delayed at 5pm the day it was supposed to come, then the four days go by and I still hadnt gotten it. Looked up the company because I stupidly hadnt before, then cancelled the order and was thankfully able to get a refund. I got the same model computer I was looking for on the **** website for nearly $100 cheaper - another reason Ive cut back on ordering from Amazon. But yeah, I havent heard a single good thing about Cardinal Pro. Glad I didnt get my device from there anyway because it probably wouldve broken or crashed based on reviews here and on other sites. I honestly have no idea how theyre allowed to sell on Amazon.

I purchased ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G14 14" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - 1TB SSD - Moonlight White for my 18 year old son for Christmas 2023. I did not realizing that it was sold by a third party vendor - Cardinal Pro Electronics, which also goes by the name Two Cougars, LLC. The laptop was marketed as "brand new". My son took to back to college the beginning of January 2024 and it immediately did not work. He took it to his IT department and they diagnosed a defective SSD. I called ASUS for troubleshooting and eventually had to send it back to ASUS for a formal diagnosis and repair. At this point I believed the entire computer was under warranty and this repair would be covered. However, this was NOT the case. While it was marketed and sold as having a 1TB SSD in brand new condition, in fact the third party vendor purchased the laptop from Best Buy (which ASUS informed me of), originally with a 512GB SSD. They then replaced it with a 1TB SSD and sold it on Amazon as brand new. The 1TB SSD the company installed was defective and because it wasn't the original SSD manufactured with the laptop, it wasn't covered by the warranty. I thought I was paying top dollar for a new gaming laptop with 1TB SSD, but in fact I it was quite the opposite. I have since researched this company(ies) a little and they have horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau, for example, all with similar issues. I would think that Amazon would not want to be connected with such a company, and I hope they can do a better job of vetting their third party vendors. While I maybe should have realized where the product was being shipped from, it doesn't change the fact that this was a bait and switch, pure and simple. I certainly did not get what I paid for. Please be careful of products shipped from Cardinal Pro Electronics/Two Cougars, LLC.

BUYER BEWARE: THEY CHARGE RESTOCKING FEE FOR MISREPRESENTATION OF AN ORDER YOU RECEIVE AND IGNORE JUSTIFYING IT AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS. THEY STILL LIST BAD ADVERTISING ON AMAZON. AMAZON HELPLESS!

Amazon 3rd party seller - Cardinal Pro Electronics sold me a defective Dyson Vacuum as a new item. It stopped working in less than 60 days. Amazon has not helped me get my $387.76 back. Amazon has sided with the seller who stated the box I sent back to them was not a vacuum. Why would Amazon continue to allow this company to steal from customers repeatedly? I have tried for 6 months to get my money back. I spent $387 and have nothing to show for it.

The product I ordered was delivered early and worked beautifully. However, I did return it within the allotted timeframe because I barely used it. The seller refunded me the full amount because I returned the product in the same condition that I received it.
