      JJ Furniture is extremely difficult to deal with. First, when you call the store, the automated system does not allow you to request to speak to a manager. I bought $5,000 worth of furniture. It came with a drawer that did not match and the delivery guy took pictures and agreed. Also, they delivered the wrong headboard, which they did replace, but the new one is not stained correctly. It's uneven in the stain. They say they can fix it. There is a pretty good nick in the dresser also.
      So now I'm on the list to have all this stuff fixed by, of course, a completely different outfit. Trying to deal with them has been impossible. No one there knows what they're doing.
      Well after a month of the delivery the fix-it guy shows up. He has no drawer with him and he does not have the right color pens to fix anything. I ask him, didn't they send you the pictures that they made me send them. Uh, no, they don't send me anything. So he basically came out to confirm what the delivery guys already confirmed. It's now almost 3 months after the furniture was initially delivered and nothing has been fixed. Also, I had an appointment with the fix-it outfit on a Saturday that said, Your window is 12 to 3. This was done through a text. Guess what, nobody showed up. So I called and they have no idea why I was sent that text message I now have to wait until my new drawer is in before they'll come out again. At this point, I'm not sure they have any intention of every solving my several issues. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

      No possibility for zero stars, too bad. Never again, fooled me twice.
      Johnny Janosik sells USED furniture as new, and it is in worse shape than anything at Bob's Discount Furniture. We purchased a new over-$1100 92" media console it came dented , scratched, uneven doors. We complained to Kat our sales person, so the sales manager called us to apologize, warehouse manager called us to schedule pick up and delivery of new console a week later, they would take care of it. No worries, yes? Today, the delivery men looked at unit we were returning and left it at our house, they said, and showed me pictures of one on the truck , old one in our house was in better shape than the new one on the truck. How is this possible ? This is supposed to be new furniture, should be boxed or wrapped, protected... it should be ILLEGAL for them to misrepresent what they are selling, in all of their 3 giant showrooms in Delaware.

      Should have read these reviews before purchasing from this company. overpaid for a leather recliner and warranty 2/19. The leather is coming apart, color is coming off, makes noises when you active the recline. after three attempts to get someone on the phone at the insurance company that spoke English, I was instructed to send pictures. after contacting them several times they said nothing is covered by the gold plan and questioned my ability to read. I phoned the store where i was transferred around and the only person that answered was the shipping department. They were very nice but could not help. I left messages at different extensions with no response. I did ask shipping who was in charge of the store however they could not answer that question. good will, habitat for humanity and salvation army will not take it. I have since found a much better brand name chair at Costco for less than half of what I paid for this chair.

      We purchased a sofa and loveseat on April 29th 2022 promised delivery by the end of JUNE or first of JULY, today August 12th we were told it would not be available until AUGUST 29th. This purchase was Paid in full in April? We would suggest if it's not in stock that you don't pay for it, they have had our money for over 3 months and we have nothing.

      I purchased a sectional (over $5,000)in February 2022 from the Delaware store and because they said it would be 32 weeks or more if I picked my own fabric I went with the standard gray. I got my furniture but two pieces were wrong so they took them back and told me they’d deliver the right pieces. I called 3 times in the last 6 months and each time they told me they’d call me back and never got a call back.
      It’s now almost August and my two pieces will finally be delivered. I called and asked for the pieces I have had since February to be cleaned so that they match the newer pieces that will literally be going in between parts I have. I purchased the protection plan when I bought it so I didn’t think they’d have a problem and they said they wouldn’t because it’s only for spots.
      I would have purchased the fabric I wanted had I known it would take 6 months to get my whole sectional anyway. Don’t buy from them if you want the worst customer service and ridiculous prices and time frame to get your order.
