  The new management/ownership of Patio Systems strives for customer satisfaction and qualtiy workmanship. I had a deck built by the previous leadership at Patio Systems and there were ongoing serious structural problems that were not correctly and completely addressed. The new management a Patio Systems recognized the poor workmanship and promptly addressed and corrected the structure. All parties involved, the project manager, site manager, receptionist/scheduler, and workmen were pleasant and professional to deal with. As a result of the care given and the quality of work received, I have recommended Patio Systems to 2 of my immediate neighbors who plan to expand their outdoor living space.

  First, windows and lattice work had to be replaced within first year. Secondly, within 3 years the deck had to be resupported after bowing of boards began. Thirdly, within 5 years the deck had to be resupported as it was pulling away from the house and incorrect spacers fell through the gap. Fourth, within 5 years board bowing and warping worsened and a promise by project manager was made to return in 1 year since work was backed up due to Covid. Fifth, no return or response to inquiry of increasing deck warping. Sixth, in under 9 years, deck framing and supports have completely rotted through, no longer supporting railing system. (NOTE this section is 6 foot above ground.)

  It is entirely regrettable that your structure was built this way and that you have had this experience. Our company has failed you and is now under new management. As you know, we had a field supervisor out to take pictures and review the project a couple days ago. Patio Systems is a company that desires to be one of integrity and as such, it is our intention to replace the deck that was previously built so poorly. We are currently in the process of ordering the materials and our field supervisor is preparing the teams to make sure that your deck is built properly and is something you can enjoy for a lifetime. The workmanship you experienced is no longer reflective of the excellent workmanship our highly skilled crews perform at this time and I have full confidence you will be entirely pleased with the new product you receive.

  I appreciate the prompt response from the new management at Patio Systems, and I look forward to these ongoing issues with my deck being resolved.
