    This agency filed a wage garnishment against me. When I received the paperwork, I contacted them and had to leave a message. They called back today and did not leave a vm. When I returned the call, I asked about the lack of vm and Was told that they were not allowed to leave voicemails. She transferred me to a woman named Helen who proceeded to tell me that she left a vm for me that morning (completely contradictory and untrue). I asked her how she left a vm if that was against their policy. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no vm on my phone to leave messages - after she just told me that she left a vm .I didn't even receive notice of the judgement until 60 days after it was filed. I told her that they had my email on file from my initial conversation with them in July and Helen stated that they aren't allowed to email. I assume that they aren't allowed to use the post office either because I never received any written communication. The lack of professionalism and communication from this agency is incredible. Has they simply left me a vm or sent an email, this could have been resolved without entering a judgment. I am shocked by how many contradictory statements were made in this conversation - just a complete lack of integrity on the part of this agency.
