    I placed an order (#43992415) on 5/21/22 through Tickets-center for Paw Patrol Live on 5/28/22 at 10:00 am costing $291.50. I received a confirmation email from them on 5/21/22 stating that my tickets would be available by 5/26/22. I did not receive them. I called Tickets-Center on 5/27/22 and they stated I would have an email to transfer the tickets by 9 pm that evening. I never received that email. I called the next morning 5/28/22 ( the day of the event) they stated they would attempt to send it to an alternate email within 20 minutes ( approximately 8:45), I never received that email. I called back and they insisted to keep checking my email. I did not receive the tickets until 9:57 am, three minutes before the event after I had already purchased new tickets as I did not want to let my 4 year old down. I have since been trying to get a refund for the original tickets since I did not receive on the date provided (5/26/22) by Ticket-Center and they refuse.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. 

    In this case the customer's ticket transfer was delivered shortly after their order was confirmed on 5/21/2022. The delivery email was sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase and contained a link the customer should follow to accept their ticket transfer. A clear and detailed explanation of this process was provided in the email sent to the customer. On 5/27/2022 the customer contacted our customer service team indicating they had not received their tickets. The customer was informed at that time that their tickets had already been sent to them but as a courtesy Tickets-Center would contact the original tickets holder to request that the tickets be transferred directly to the customer for their convenience. Please not that such requests are not guaranteed as the original delivery email sent on 5/21/2022 fulfilled the customer's order. However, the original ticket holder was able to provide pdf tickets shortly before the start of the event. 

    As valid tickets had been provided to the customer on the date of purchase, in accordance with both our buyer guarantee and all terms agreed to by the customer, their order was considered fulfilled and does not qualify for cancellation or compensation. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department; at this time, we consider this matter closed.

    Transaction Date: Dec 7, 2021, 4:49 PM Transaction total: $443.95 Order# 39908213 Business committed to delivering 2 Tickets for Theater performance of Wicked At the Ohio Theatre - Columbus on Sun. May 22, 2022 1:00 PM Section: Floor 2 Row: Y Tickets estimated to arrive by 5/20/2022. Tracking Number **************1637 The tickets were not received. The tracking number indicates that the delivery was completed in February to a mail room. Despite multiple forwarded deliveries from a past address connected to a mail room, no tickets have been received forwarded from that address. That address was not provided to Ticket-Center The business made no attempt to contact me. I contacted the business made my complaint and was told I would receive a follow up. I have not received any contact from the business since.
