  10/10 would not recommend. I swear I canceled the membership the same day after I got the book pdf and realized Im too much of a picky eater for their meals. Then fast forward 3 months Im charged 54$ I ask for a refund they said the best they could do is 25% (14$) I replied back and told them that was laughable and bargained for 50% which they gave me but like I really needed all of my money back. Im broke.

  This business is not worth the hassle. Yes they partially refunded me. But the amount of money I was partially refunded doesn't help the fact none of the links provided actually worked.. I just wanted the book. I didn't want the app. I didn't want the pdf. Just ******** book. I have tried multiple times to reach out and fix things. Only to be sent another link that does not work. I've cleared the cookies, yada, yada. Nothing. From the amount of money beyond body has from my partial refund they could just freely send me in the mail. Stop sending links. Don't have customer service if you're not really customer service. If you're personally reached out to via email.....Actually get physical address to fix your mistakes for the customer. I went out on a limb to get this. Well, the limb broke. Yay, me!

  I went to pay bills in my chase app on 3/15/23. I saw a debit for $81 for beyond body. I tried logging into beyond body to see if I had a membership that I forgot about, and my email was not registered. I filed a claim with ***** and they couldn't help me. They said I needed to reach out to beyond body. Then I found out they charged me in September 2022 for the same charge. I can't call beyond body to complain or talk to a supervisor because it's a Lithuanian number. I tried emailing them, no response. I tried messaging them on Instagram, no response. I just want my $162 back.

  Just like many others, SCAM! I canceled my account and months later they charged me another $81. I had to re-add the app on my phone to sign back in and try to cancel, it only gave me the option to delete, BUT BEWARE, if you delete your account they will refuse to give you a refund. I emailed them asking for a refund on a closed account and their response was we cant find your account. WELL then why are you charging me for a closed account? I also reported all of this to PayPal for a full refund and will be escalating my case in the very near future. Horrible customer service, horrible app, and even less helpful book. The menus I got on the app were the same over and over. Foods I had wanted excluded, were still included.

  Total scam. 14 days to return FROM PURCHASE. Well, thats about how long it will take to get to you. Book is personalized (yeah right). My restrictions are no tomatoes, no wheat guess what, book has tomatoes and wheat (but is personalized ??). And after complaining, they offer me a 50% discount to keep my mouth shut? I dont think so. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. Stuff you can read online, recipes a toddler can come up with and workouts that are so not workouts. Hah! If I could share screenshots of book, I would. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

  I used the app two times when I originally signed up. Apparently they set you up for automatic renewal and dont tell or remind you because I was charged over $100 between two transactions yesterday. I emailed them and they will not give me my money back. They said they can only do 50%, when I havent used their app in over 11 months. They are robbing people.

  I received an email that I would be charged $66.00 and I needed to set up an account to remove the automatic charge. I thought initially it was a stolen ID then I realized, how could they charge me or even have my information if I haven't even set up an account yet. This company is clearly attempting Phishing. DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT! Email them directly with no information, remove your funding sources from ******* and report these scammers!

  I wish I checked BBB reviews before I drank their KoolAid. I too fell for their SCAM. I believed I was getting a full package and turns out AFTER checkout process that certain parts of the program are an extra fee. The app is faulty and the menu ingredients are not feasible for the larger population which wouldn't be so bad if you could do exchanges on items instead of changing the entire menu. I requested a refund within the hour and was given the run around. False advertising should be enough to get a refund. **************** replied stating, at this point I am not eligible for a refund. I think they meant to say at any point they don't issue any refunds. I honestly feel cheated and robbed.

  I 100% would not recommend it. Their refund policy is 14 days from the date of purchase, I asked for a refund as it did not meet expectations as advertised. It is advertised as a personal plan based on quiz results and the only thing personalized is the company puts your name on the book's cover. I get a response to my request for a refund and within 10 mins get a response from the company they state they could not provide one because it was after 14 days. I provided proof that I purchased on 1/26, it is 2/8, which is 13 days and even counting 2/8 as a full business day at 6am in the morning, that's still 14 days and within their policy. Suddenly no response. Bad business practices, false advertising. Do yourself a favor and do not be scammed by this company.
