      I signed up for this app and cancelled within the free trial period since it wasn't exactly what I had in mind for a "learn-to-enjoy-running" app. I cancelled the trial the week of November 30th, memorably because that was the day I went to my weight loss coach and she asked, "well do you LIKE it?" and I said "no... I guess I should stick to what I like". I went home and cancelled my subscription immediately through my settings in my phone. It's been 2 1/2 months and I woke up to a $92 charge on my phone this morning from "Joggo *******"-- when I reached out to customer service they said they could "offer me a 50% discount at most" for "not having cancelled 48 hours before the charge was placed" on my card. They have not charged me once even from when I signed up in November, and sneakily tried to charge me 2 1/2 months later. I put a stop payment through my bank on any future charges but will still have to dispute this $92. Very shady, very unexpected.

      Very disappointed. I purchased a small trial in January 2022 and never used it, decided it wasn't something I'd like. Then, a year later, I get charged nearly a hundred dollars! I immediately emailed their support to request a refund. They shared that I could not get a refund because I didn't request to cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. This is absurd; what subscription cannot offer a full refund the day the charge gets sent out? Additionally, BeyondBody never sent a reminder email that another charge was coming. Seems scammy and that they don't care about their clients but just quick cash grabs and hidden fees.

      I paid for a six month subscription, but have not been granted access. Numerous attempts to contact the company have resulted in zero responses (except to a Trustpilot review, which they are trying to get taken down). They can send me emails asking for me to try it, but cannot respond to anything asking for help.This is 100% clearly a scam. Do not spend the $60+ on it because you will never be able to access the plan and they will not contact you to make it right.

      The original email from "*********" implied everything (meal plan, exercise, shopping list, etc.) is included in the program, but once I logged into the application (which took me numerous tries) I found that several parts of the program are a separate cost. Very shady and unethical.

      Like other reviewers, this company is a scam. I decided to give the Beyond Body book a try. I went through the quiz and purchased the e-book vice hardback for portability reasons. I also chose to pay extra to receive my book in 2 hours versus 24. At the 10 hour ***** I emailed the company to let them know I had not received my e-book. After 24 hours, I emailed them again to let them know I still have not received my book. It is now going on 24 hours, no e-book in my inbox or spam folder. I emailed them again to request a refund. To add to it, their app is unstable, menu options do not represent the diet I selected, and it times out frequently.

      I paid for the actual book and the ebook in July. I have yet to receive my book and the ebook wont download. I have spoken through email with ***** numerous times and there is still no resolution. This company is a ****.

      They don't tell you that are charging you for the full 6 months at once and then charge your card. I have had the app less than 3 days and they won't do a refund. They have a "no refund policy" and won't deviate from that unless you have evidence of a product error. THIS IS A SCAM and they refuse to help you. I would give a negative star if I could.

      I am two hours post purchase and already regret this. No email confirmation, they asked for banking info BEFORE they even get your shipping address and THEN send an email asking for it. Their customer service is worse than unhelpful and there seems to be no way to resolve your issue other than just accepting you will be charged for something you'll never see. VERY disappointed in this company and myself for falling for this!

      If I could give this a negative star rating I would. This is a scam! Once they **** you, you are unable to cancel the subscription. There is an option on the website but low and behold once you hit to confirm cancellation it doesn't work. How odd on a website the only link that doesn't work is to cancel. You had no problem billing me but you won't let me stop the billing. I will go through Paypal to cancel. So glad that I didn't provide this rip off company any of my actual information, who knows who they would have sold it to.
