    On the website it states under the FAQs- What if my cat doesn’t like it
    “Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 90 day risk free money back guarantee

    However when I contacted them and told them that my cats didn’t like them- they offered my 30% refund and that I could keep the product. I responded that I did not want to keep the product as my cats aren’t using them and they take up a lot of space.
    The response I got back stated that I needed to take pictures of the items and that they needed to returned new and unused.
    How does someone know if their cats like the product if they are unopened? And doesn’t this go against the statement of a 90 day risk free money back guarantee?

    On January 12th I bought two items from this company. They were shipped but never received. I reached out to the company and they said I needed to contact FedEx. I filed a claim with FedEx and they told me I would need to reach out to the shipper to resolve the issue.

    After reaching out to the company again they told me there was nothing they could do because I didn't pay extra for insurance on my package. However, there was no explanation or disclaimer that they were going to ship a $150 purchase uninsured at any point during purchase or checkout. I shipped with the default shipping option because it was credited for free for having spend a minimum amount with no warning that if my package was lost they wouldn't help.

    After the fact, they pointed me to their shipping policy page that is in the fine print section of their website with the privacy and data policies. This is a deceptive and intentionally misleading practice.

    I ordered 3 cat beds and replacement covers on 12/26/2024. I received them 1/2/2025. On 1/5/2025 I requested return information because my foster cats didn't use the beds. I received a reply saying the company would refund 60% of what I paid unless the beds were determined to be in good resale value. Since they were only in my possession for 2 days, there is no wear and tear or damage. The company requested pictures which I sent on 1/7/2025. The company acknowledged receipt of the pictures and I had not heard from them until this morning, at which time they reiterated that they would not provide a 100% refund until they inspected the beds and unless all pieces of packaging and warranty cards were included with the return.
