    I ordered cat cave 12-29-24. 1-8-25 they said having problems wiih shipping, did I still want it, I said OK. 1-17-25, I cancelled order, they shipped it anyway. When mailman brought pkg 1-31-25, I refused it. They have 90 day return policy. Since then, after repeated emails from me, I have not had a refund. Today, it is June 10, 2025.

    This is a scam....ordered BOGO and only got one.....phone number does not work....if no response to email will contact lawyer.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DESERVE NO STAR BUT HAD TO ADD ONE

    Very good product but my cats were not interested i the cat caves. Have had several emails with company. Provided photos of the product to show in like new condition. Now no response and phone number on website does not work. I am still trying to get a refund. Very poor return policy even though they highly promote a 90 day return policy.

    I ordered a the cat cave on 12/23/24 and never received it. I am currently having Discover file a dispute on my behalf. The phone number the list on bill does not belong to them, according to the person answering the phone. He said I’m not the first person to call his number.
    They even sent me two emails asking how I liked the product. I told them in both that I had not received them yet , no response to this day. They shouldn’t even get a star!!!!

    The return policy is promoted as “90 day satisfaction guaranteed” but in reality, it is a ruse.

    My cats ignored the caves. Per the company’s terms, I kept all the packing materials, pamphlets, etc. However, their return policy is onerous-you go back and forth with their team, send pictures, and then are told that when you send the items back, they may not be accepted.

    In reality, only new, unused, unwrapped items will be accepted, which contradicts the “90-day satisfaction guaranteed” policy they promote.

    From an email I received: “As per our return policy, in order to process a refund, the item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. Also, we kindly remind you that our warehouse team will need to review the returned cat caves before we can confirm the return. Please note that a full refund is not guaranteed until the item is inspected and verified to be in "as new" condition and suitable for resale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for your reference.”

    Avoid this company.

    This company deserves NO stars! It's a sham company. Purchased the BOGO and my cats were not interested in the beds at all. Contacted them to return the new/unused beds and it's been a nightmare! They requested pics of the beds to determine if they are eligible for return - which I took from all angles so they could see the beds were never used. They said they'd review the photos and get back to me - which they didn't until I sent another email. Once again, they said when they receive the beds back, they would refund me promptly. I sent them photos of the beds boxed up with all the original tags, etc. and the tracking number-still no response until I emailed them again. They finally confirmed receiving the items back, but "the items were not returned in the original condition as required by their return policy" and were only going to refund me 30% of the full amount I paid! Seriously?! Their false advertising of "risk-free for 90 days. If your cats aren't totally in love with the product, we will refund you 100%." That doesn't mean you should only refund me 30% of the full amount because of some issue on their end. How did my return NOT meet with their stringent return criteria when I sent them photos per their request; if there was a problem when they saw the photos, they didn't say anything. I proved the merchandise was in pristine condition and all original tags were still there, including pics of the fortified original box, tracking #, pic of the box at UPS. After it leaves my hands, it makes me wonder what goes on at their return facility in Las Vegas and why am I responsible for how they handled the return on their end? I sent them another email saying that I expect a FULL REFUND as the merchandise was being returned in new/unused condition, otherwise I would be taking action against their company. I fully intend on following through getting my full refund.

    I purchased a BOGO that my cat is totally uninterested in. After a couple weeks, I gave up, he's never going to be interested in these beds. I was hopeful. I contacted CS and they offered me 40% money back and to keep the beds. No thanks, they haven't been touched, I want ALL of my money back, 100%. Then I get the threat of inspection and a full refund "may not be guaranteed." Really, but your advertising says 90 DAY FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGE, no hassle! I have exchanged at least 5 emails and then sent photos of two perfect cat beds. They had to send the photos to their supervisor. And, now nothing, no reply. They won't tell me how to return them and they haven't sent me a label. I've finally contacted my credit card to dispute this. I recommend staying away from this company. If your cat LOVES the product, you're good to go; if not, you're in for a long drawn out nightmare.

    Product is good, but they DO NOT honor their BOGO offer, and their customer service is terrible.

    I contacted them THE DAY I saw that I did not get one free, and was told basically "The website takes care of it". I proved that it didn't, and was told "we'll work on it".

    After not hearing anything from them, I reached out and was told "Working on it". 2 weeks later was told "I'll check with my supervisor".

    Two week later I was told "Sorry, we're unable to do it."

    They are unable to issue a credit to the card that they happily took payment from.

    Horrible customer service. ordered two beds on oct 10th. I tried to cancel later that same day. the phone disconnects and the emails don't get thru. I finally was able to get a response from an email AFTER it shipped on Oct 14. I was trying to avoid having to ship it back and the inconvenience of returning it. They never sent me a return label and that was the 16th of Oct. I then received an automated email from the COO asking if I am satisfied with my order. I said no and explained the situation and again nothing. That was on the 21st. I filed a dispute with my bank. Questionable location of the company as well.

    The customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my order but they shipped them anyway. Then I contacted them via email (Contact Us) 4 times to get an RMA to return the unopened product. No response. I let them know that I would start issuing poor reviews by Oct 15 if I did not hear from them, so this is the first of many.
