      Do not trust stay away scam got to tge air line and there was no ticket to travel

      This is by far the worst experience my wife and I had. Traveling to Cincinnati for a funeral, ordered plane tickets then got up charged to the tune of an extra $200.
      They said everything is done we leave LAX at 6am on the 10th our boarding passes will be emailed on the 9th
      On the 9th I get a call saying oh the plane tickets have changed. Now we leave at 530 pm and arrive at 6am in Cincinnati and we have to go straight from the airport to the funeral. Not to mention we had babysitters, dog sitters house sitters, rental cars, hotels etc. so now I’m out another $600
      WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH
      I will be putting this story and complaint on every platform imaginable and calling my bank and getting a full refund as this is ridiculous. And I still have not gotten my boarding passes so I may not get to pay my respects

      DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY.
      They are FRAUDS.
      I paid for my airline ticket a week in advance and less than 24hrs before my flight they EMAIL me to contact them, when I call them they place me on hold for 7 minutes then tell me NOT TO WORRY but my flight has been sold out.
      I had purchased a 4 hr direct fly as I am flying with my child and our cat. The agent tells me I can take a 12 hr flight with one layover or I can fly the following day. I explained I specifically purchased a direct flight and that who will pay my hotel for the additional night?
      They are FRAUDS!!!! Stay away!!!

      This company incorporated in Delaware, frauds people through schemes involving identify theft and money extortion.
      They have another connection to Huntington Beach, CA. It’s not clear whether their “agents” are actually physically present on US soil. They are claiming to be Mexicans, however they communicate with a heavy Indian accents, using fake names and identities.
      They have opened card to pay for airline tickets in my name without my consent or permission, misappropriated personal information of my relatives and myself. They should be severely persecuted for fraud, theft, identity theft and funds misappropriation. They extort money from people they attract through falsely advertised low airline fairs. Using their schemes involving fraud ing airlines and their reward, credit and voucher programs.

      I didn’t catch this till after I made reservations. They had my personal information. Always talked to same person. I asked to speak to management and he tried to disguise his voice. They pretend to make arrangements for flights. Never got my ticket or confirmation. Then they claim wait two days later and that flight is full and they lie and say they had to make me another flight. That was red flags for me!!! Don’t use them!!! This is a scam!!!!

      This business is a fraudulent business. They have posed as a cheap flight booking site with incorrect last minute flight information. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE!!! PLEASE!
