    They rob innocent people they need to be in jail. I got tickets for an event in Palm Beach FL got cancelled and never got my money back.

    Absolutely zero stars! Robbed me for $100 dollars in regards to the balloon glow tour as well. Same crap as stated by others. You can use the tickets at a later date no problem. LIES!! will not communicate by any means with me, not even to give a location being they are clearly not coming here again this year. Very unprofessional thieves. I guess this is how their company makes money huh? Pretending to host an event that they always cancel or don’t even show up for. It’s very sad that they take advantage of the general public who paid in full and had their money stolen and plans shattered! Balloon tour and this company are GARBAGE. How about a class action lawsuit? Sounds like there is enough people with EXACTLY the same issues…. Where’s the legal action??

    On September 17, 2022, I attended NC Festival of Ballooning, The Rockingham Co. Airport location was not as advertised. We purchased tickets for $100.00 each, and was not given the time nor product during flight. The area was not setup correctly, everyone did not understand the layout nor which Balloon was designated for their purchase. Every time I call, I'm on hold for a representative yet none comes on the line and they say to leave a message. I've done that. This company is non compliant and this is why I'm filing this with you. Following is their contact information. Easy Events Group Inc. Lewes, DE. I request full refund as soon as possible.
