On 3/16/2024, ******* ****** came out to give me an estimate on my roof. The job was to include properly venting out my bathroom exhaust fan to bring it up to code. On 4/8/2024, I had a roofing company that scheduled a crew out to do my roof, first crew said my roof was too steep. on 4/9/2024, they sent out a new crew that completed on 4/10/2024. Everything was under a contract, and the payment is $9,019.00 in a loan. It already wasn’t a pleasant experience since I had taken 1.5 days off work since I was advised by Barrett that I would need to be home and the time off was penalized against me since I work in a bank and it was last minute. I brushed it off since it was nothing at that time. Recently, about 6/27/2024, when my father and I were going to switch out the exhaust fan in the bathroom, he went into the attic to try and get the fan out. He found that they in fact didn’t vent out the bathroom exhaust fan properly to code like they had told me in contract that they would. I saw all good reviews on this company, and was sure they wouldn’t let me down. They have more than disappointed me, and made me lose $300 in the 1.5 days off, and didn’t even bring my bathroom vent to code, and when I expressed dissatisfaction on the fact the first crew didn’t want to do the job, and everything else at that time, they still further charged me for additional materials approximately $800 for the weak areas of my roof.

I had a complete roof done by All American Roofing located 1015 Brandywine Blvd Wilmington, de 19809 Wilmington DE 19809 in July 2021 with a 10 year warranty. We had Heavy rain June 28 and 29 2024 My roof started leaking on June 29th, 2024. I called the company to have them send a technician to fix the leak. I was told by one of the customer service representatives that they do not services Flat roofs anymore with the new warranty service company. I contact the warranty office and I have not heard back from them as of yet. I call back to a 3*********** and that when I found that the company was bought by another company.9Business Response
