  I have been duped and attempted to cancel two products-contracts within a weeks’s time. The business has not been Cooperative and I have stated this is no laughing matter to the manager at All American Roofing and remodeling. I requested a technical measurements visit on 5 May, and just recently spoke to the manager today, two weeks later. That’s why I know this company is attempting to take advantage of me. Lastly, I never had financing approved through them. In fact, I told the sales representative that I don’t have the funds currently. Location of business: Wilmington,DE Sincerely, Charnelle Elliott

  I had engaged with All American Roofing and Remodeling for a full Bathtub/shower reno, the sales person, Drew Chicklo seemed friendly and personable and pricing went well, we were confident that this company could handle the reno well. The reno was completed, it looked amazing, we waited the recommended 24 hours after renovation so that the caulk could cure. When we went to turn on the tub water, it was freezing cold and would not get up to temp in the middle of winter! Our hot water worked throughout the rest of our home so it wasn't our water heater. We also tried the shower diverter to turn on the shower but that didn't work either! We called and called but no one would answer us! We went 4 full days without a working shower or tub and had to drive 45 minutes after work just to shower when we were promised one within 24 hours of the reno being finished! The explanation they offered us was that they "lost our number" and couldn't reach us! This was not a satisfactory answer. They finally fix it after 5 days, the man they sent said that it was installed incorrectly, another fault on the companies end. To top it all off, they offer us a $100 gift card for dinner, said that they called and sent it to me when I have NO RECORD of this, the invoice they sent as "proof" was a $50 amazon gift card that I did not receive, at this point, I don't give half a shit about the gift card, it's the fact that they're grade A weasels that will blame you for every inch of a problem that they could possibly produce and make the most half assed excuses that you can back up with clear evidence for them failing at. This was an expensive job and they took advantage of us and will do the same to you because they're lazy as hell and can get away with it. They have caused great emotional distress and have shown zero remorse and continue to take my money for a poorly done job, I should have gone through arbitration.

  Excellent service. To the best of my knowledge, the job was done well, and is complete. Both the salesperson and the technicians who came out to the house came in a timely manner, were quite friendly, and finished their work quicker than I expected. Most happy with their service. Thank you.

  I chose All American Roofing for window installation because I was pleased with the roof installation they did 3 years ago. I was not disappointed. The installers were professional, hardworking and also did a thorough clean-up as well.

  Top notch Professionals! Nate kept everything on track and was great to work with. This is the roofer everyone needs when working with an insurance company. All American Roofing & Exterior knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. We got a great quality roof quickly and they were easy to work with. Thanks

  We had some gutter work done as well as wrapping our shutters on our upstairs windows. I can't say enough goo things about the two gentlemen who did our work. They were professional, friendly, neat and of course efficient. The work was done when promised, even though some heavy rain made them quit for the day...they were back early the next afternoon to finish the job.
  We have used American Roofing for a new roof and other smaller jobs. We would not choose anyone else to work with.
