    I ordered my hair December 1 and didn’t even get a ship with label to December 18.
    It is now Christmas and the order is still not shipped and have not arrived to the UPS location This is the second time this company did this they offered no phone number and no customer service unless you want to pay for speedy shipping then they will get back to you really quick other than that. They sent a copy and paste email every time you ask about your order you cannot get in touch with anyone direct unless you’re acting like you’re trying to spend money I asked because the hair has not been shipped. Can I just cancel my order they proceeded to send it automatic message saying all sales are final

    This company is the only and best company I have ever bought hair from for years. They are so quick, all of their products are of great quality, and their customer service/response time and generosity with discounts is beyond exceptional. Their custom coloring is beautiful, their full lace wigs are gorgeous, and they last a long time and are reusable.

    This company is AMAZING!! I literally get hair from them all the time. Any problems I ever had with my order needing to be shipped fast because of an event I have the owner does everything she can to get my hair to me in time ( We all know how mailing service is) I don’t get hair from anywhere else but DTHH. From the quality to the customer service, it's on point. it’s just amazing.

    I ordered 26 inch Cambodian bundles for my daughter and a 24 inch HD lace wig and the hair was great. The luster of the hair was so soft and minimum shedding. I love this hair and my daughter loves her bundles as well.

    This company is simply amazing! The owner is a beacon of honesty and their products are top-notch. It's a rare find to come across a hair company that actually delivers what they promise. But let me tell you, Dare Hair has never failed to impress me. If you're up for an adventure, I DARE you to try out this brand. Trust me, you'll be blown away by the results!

    I love Daretohavehair company! The owner is also nice and understanding she goes above & beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years. I love every bundle I ever purchased and the price of the hair is super affordable. I literally recommend this company to my friends and family the quality and affordable prices is unbelievable.

    Honestly hands down the very best customer service experience I’ve ever had, I don’t want to be long winded on the whole ordeal but I do want to go into great detail on how immediately when I reached out about my hair being lost by UPS and how it was birthday they didn’t hesitate to offer to resend the hair so that I can still enjoy my birthday festivities. De’Shaun called and texted me personally to check in with me. Although the mishandling of my hair did not fall on them because they sent the hair the fact that she was willing too and actually resent the hair to me at no charge of to me outside of the expedited shipping I requested spoke volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers. They reached out to me every day until I receive the hair. I don’t know about you, but what hair company is doing all that for one single customer so it made me feel valued appreciated, and important. They have a lifelong customer in me.

    I absolutely love anything about Dare To Have Hair. The hair quality is awesome, it’s my go to brand when I am looking for my beauty/hair needs. I order at least 6 times per year and have yet to be disappointed!!! The customer service is great and the hair is always delivered fast and on time. I get so many compliments on my hair which makes me want to keep ordering more from the company. I wouldn’t order from no other place but Dare . I would suggest you do the same !!!

    I wish I would’ve done research before dealing with this scam company. A coworker told me about their hair (but she didn’t mention until after I placed an order that she only knew about them via Instagram but never ordered or knew anyone that ordered from them) so I went on the website, contacted them through chat and got instant responses on the length and type of hair to order, placed the order and then crickets… I sent an email after receiving my confirmation and said I just wanted to confirm the shipping time, I received an email back to go check the website for shipping policy (the amount of time it took them to say that you figure they could just tell me their shipping policy) anyway video on website they say is 2-7 business days for shipping. I waited a few weeks and reached out again via email, no response, reached out via Instagram, all messages say seen but no response! Finally I just disputed it with my bank since they refuse to reply to me. Never again will I look at this company!

    This company quality hair is A1 but boy their processing time and customer service is completely unprofessional. I’ve ordered from them four times in total. First time spending 600 dollars second time spending 500 and the third spending about 500 again. Fourth time spending 650. Each time I’ve ordered I’ve waited over 4-6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY HAIR! Never do they state that any hair is on back order,but they encourage you to buy during promotions with faster processing times which is always a LIE. I waited a month for my hair for my wedding last year and didn’t receive it until 3 days after! To make matters worse when I reached out to them a second time about this particular issue they made me pay for “RUSHED PROCESSING/SHIPPING” to get it quicker! ….When you inquire about where the hair is they tell you “We cannot anticipate when your order will be ready” like why not, you have the hair! If you didn’t you should’ve listed it as PRE-ORDER. Anytime you speak to someone via email they get indignant with you when you voice your concerns or point out the obvious. As I stated the hair id great but after giving the benefit of the doubt so many times. I will never order from them again. I’m currently waiting on my last order which I ordered a month ago literally. Feb 4th, it’s now march 2, and I still haven’t received shipping information. They are THE WORST!!!! The owner cares more about hosting competitions from the hair page to gain followers on her personal page than she cares about expediting products and decent customer service! I Shop at Kendrasboutique, thewigdealer, shoprayunnajanae or stylepro_kendrap. For quality and quick processing times
