    I purchased later part of 11/2022 and unfortunately it is January 14 2023 . I still have not received my product ?? and have been receiving robot emails ( only becauseI emailed them ). I have received information after I had to reach out to the company. Still without my hair and also now a realization that my product is delayed . I am definitely disappointed in this process. Would not recommend and I would like a full refund . What should I do from this point ... I would like to refunded since I never had the hair.

    The company is actually ridiculous. I ordered wholesale hair from on June 15, 2022. They never contacted me until August about the ordered being processed and prepared. I finally received my order around August 12, 2022. And when I open my order, I noticed I am also missing a bundle. So I contacted them about it and they said to send pictures, and I did. And they said give them sometime to resolve it. So I gave them time, until October 17, 2022, when I noticed nothing had still been done. So I emailed them again and this time they decided to respond they had checked their log and everything was sent out correctly. That is very ridiculous, they seem to never take accountability for anything.

    This is my first and last time using this company. It has been more than 6 weeks and I have not gotten my items. They have refused a refund, even though the order has not yet been processed! Even with their maximum of 15 day processing and 15 day shipping my order is still very much late. The customer service is useless. I have started a dispute with my bank.

    It is a Instagram boutique who pays influencers and models to hype their hair up and then the actual quality and service the average consumer gets is horibllllle. I have shipped with Kendras Boutique, Nadula and multiple Ali express vendors and have never had like issues. They are not their to satisfy their customer POINT BLANK PERIOD.

    Do your own research before taking a chance with this company and ship somewhere who values their customers!
