    I have been trying to get in touch with someone from here for months. Advent Health is told me to call one collect on agency, that agency then told me it’s in the hands of Pallino Management! I have tried to call everyday for the last two months, I just want this settled so it can come off my credit report asap!

    I have tried multiple times to get ahold of somebody regarding a collection that is showing on my credit. I have left a couple messages on the voicemail and still nobody has called me back. Ref# PALL664481 is what I'm looking for information on. This collection is holding up a mortgage that i am trying to get and is really inconveniencing the process

    I have a medical bill that my insurance didn't cover so it went to Pallino for collection. When I found out about the collection I tried to get in contact with Pallino but nobody would answer the phone and when trying to leave a message the mailbox was always full. I have tried for 3 weeks calling multiple times a day to get in touch with Pallino asset managment. How is somebody supposed to fix their credit or settle a debt if the people handling it refuse to communicate? I highly suggest if you are a business trying to use a collections agency to go elsewhere. If you are a person trying to settle a debt, try finding another route because Pallino doesn't want to so their job.
