    I had my 2011 Volvo C70 shipped from Phoenix Az to Hammond La and the whole process went smoothly. Kahn was great at keeping me updated during the cars journey east. The car arrived on time and in pristine condition. I will definitely use Shipley again. William Moore

    I tried shiply for the first time because they seemed to be a top notch referral service. After posting an ad and upgrading to the premium listing I started receiving numerous quotes immediately. One thing I noticed right away were several quote reductions right off the bat which I thought was odd but then after talking with a few of these companies I had to decipher what they were typing out as far as the messages they were sending to me.. I started feeling like I was dealing with foreign companies bidding to move my furniture and all of our personal belongings, not one of them had good English or Grammar which is fine but again I was trusting one of these places to move everything I own from one state to another. I ended up picking one of the higher quotes because that shipper seemed to be the most responsive to my questions. We had agreed to them arriving at 7 AM on Friday to get us loaded up. Sure enough we get a message at 7:45 AM that they were broke down, we received this message through shiply but when I asked the driver (there were 4 of them) why didn't you call me and he said their cell phones got switched, a major red flag indeed. We ended up going back and forth over a 5 hour period, in the end I said forget it we have to cancel as we cannot wait all day and night for them to show up. What a waste if time. I reached out to shiply twice so far and still no reply. I just went back to my credit card to dispute the $395 deposit as they clearly did not provide any service to me, in fact I lost about 10 days dealing with this. I also found out this referral company is not based in the US, they are based in the UK so my advice to people searching for this type of service, maybe go with your gut and stick to local businesses that you know even if you pay a little more.

    This is the second time I've used Shiply to find a transport company. Within minutes of doing a search I was connected with dozens of companies, and was able to find a great price through comparison and negotiation. The shipping company I chose was great. The fee paid was worth it to find a reliable transport. I had a good experience once again.

    Shiply connected me with a car transport company whom they had verified to be legitimate. I booked with them, paid their deposit for $712.50 after paying Shiply their deposit of $285. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Shiply who said they were no longer working with that company and to rebook with someone else.

    I contacted the car company to get my refund and they ghosted me. Then I contacted Shiply who set up a complaint case. After I submitted my proof of being ripped off, Shiply said that the company had not gotten back to them so they must close the case and could not help me any more, nor would they respond to any more emails (I had only sent one reply overtime they emailed me, there was no bombarding of inboxes).

    So I am out $712.50 I had to find a different company to ship my car last minute and Shiply has terrible customer service.

    The Shiply process was the easy part. I received many offers from different shippers to choose from. However, I am not sure that all of these shipping partners have been thoroughly investigated. The shipper I chose was horrible and made many appointments to pick up my car and then never showed. Things got so bad I had to reach out to Shiply for help but never responded. All the sudden, my car appeared. The lack of communication was astounding. I don't like doing business that way. Will I use Shiply again? Maybe. Then again maybe not...

    Don’t pick the vendor GotYouFullycovered7 as you will be greatly disappointed. This was one of the worst experiences. The vendor confirmed items will be picked up on a Monday. Then on Monday the vendor changed the pick up to Friday. Then on Friday the vendor changed the pick up to be next Monday. Then on that same Friday late in the evening the vendor requests if he can pick up the items that night at 12:30am. This was not an option so we agreed to pick up the items early the following morning on Saturday. He only accepted Cash App as a payment and requested half down to pick the items. After pick up I requested an ETA for the delivery, to which the vendor responded it will be in the coming Wednesday. The following day on Monday the vendor requested to deliver the items that night at 12:30am. The vendor stated he had a family emergency and must drop off the items that night at 12:30am. He then switched and requested an extra $100 so he can stay in a hotel room that night and deliver the items the following morning. I notified the vendor that I shouldn’t have gone with the lowest quote on Shiply. The vendor proceeded to flip out and threatened to drop off the items on the side of the freeway. The vendor continued threatening to dispose of the items unless he immediately receives his remaining payment. A short time later the vendor seemed to reconsider and notified me that he will drop off the items at the delivery destination at 12:30am. There didn’t seem to be any other options for me so I reluctantly agreed for him to just leave the items in front of the house. The vendor clearly understood that no one was able to be present to move the items into the house until the following morning. The vendor arrived at 12:45am, received his remaining Cash App payment, after which he unloaded the items in front of the house. Delivery was completed but at a major expense to my stress and worry. Shiply should exclude vendors like this from their website.
