  Delivery: Very efficient, seamless, rapid via Roger…Philadelphia to SW Texas.
  
  Bidding: frustrating & time consuming. Bids began way too high+excessive back-n-forth haggling. I suggest Shiply provide midrange cost post…most will pay a bit above midrange.

  Great delivery! Scheduling pickup was within estimated time but notice was last minute. I expect that was due to drivers’ schedules being unpredictable. Drop off was super smooth and on time to within 10 minutes of estimate with good communication from driver. I would use Load Masters again.

  I received numerous quotes within hours of my request! After choosing a quote the shipper was right on it and my item was picked up the next day! On the receiving end it was a bit slower, but that was the contractor on this end! Overall a very positive experience ??

  I'm not saying all contractors on Shiply are this way but this was my experience. Overall, the car was delivered in a timely manner and for a good price. Did it come with some less than great feelings? Yes. DO NOT forward any emails from Shiply to your transport company.. They tell you they need to see that you made a deposit to get the job started. They should be able to see thin on their end. I took a screenshot of the email and sent it to them. For days they bothered me about forwarding my email to them. It has a link to my account that they can access information, request service, cancel services, etc. DO NOT give them this email and link. Maybe I am just being paranoid but It didn't sit well with me. I made the original deposit, then a 2nd deposit and finally cash on delivery when the car arrived. I did not know if the car would even show up since I didn't forward them the email and they said they needed me to do this before delivery. The car could have been anywhere in the US and I would have never known (with the title in the glove box from the original seller). Luckily the driver arrived and delivered without issue. He was a contractor of the contractor, so I don't think he was looking to be shady. Just doing what he was paid to do. deliver the car. It was the middle man company that gave me the anxiety. I never forwarded the email after multiple calls from them being very forward. They called a few more times after the car arrived and I did not answer. During all this, I looked for a Shiply customer service number with ZERO luck. Then I started reading the horror stories on line. Although I saved a few dollars from Shiply, I don't feel the stress of dealing with some shady folks was worth it. Contact a shipping company that you can do your research on before booking with a phone number!!!

  They picked up my bike on timely manner. Didn’t wait till the last minute. That was such a relief. Great customer service. Really friendly folks. I loved talking to everyone that answered when I called for answers to my questions. :$

  Was surprised by the number of responses to my shipping needs request. Was also grateful for several responses that understood my situation and negotiated a price I could afford.
  
  I would definitely recommend Shiply to friends and family for larger shipping needs, and will definitely use Shiply again in the future.
  
  Save the 5th star for those who offer me a 'bonus' for writing them a wonderful review. Shiply didn't offer any compensation, so they get the unpaid rating of "near perfect" 4 stars. ;-)

  Great with pick up and drop off. I was updated through the whole process. Very understanding with what had to be done for pick up and drop off. Great experience.

  OUTSTANDING***** I appreciate your services, the transport company picked-up the car one day... and the day after they made the pickup they made the delivery. It does not get any better (or easier) then that! thank you for your consideration, I am grateful!
