    My husband bought an engine from them. Paid them in full, everything. First they delivered to the wrong address, thankfully I was awaiting it so we resolved that. Secondly the engine was faulty! My husband called and explained to them it was faulty and the repair for it was way greater than the amount of the engine itself. They promised a refund, 3 MONTHS LATER! All they’ve sent back was the small holding fee and claim that the rest is on the bank, not their issue. Even the so called invoice they sent “reflecting the refund” shows the amount my husband did receive and not the full amount of the engine itself that he paid for. They also claimed they would not refund until they received engine back. Again we cooperated and had engine waiting for pick up. Now they refuse to answer calls, answer emails and also when they do answer they hang up on my husband and avoid him at all costs.

    I bought a engine from this company. first it took 3 weeks to get to the mechanic. so then the mechanic put the engine in the car and the engine is leaking antifreeze out of the head of the engine plus there is no compression at all in the engine. So the engine will not even start at all i spent a total of $3900.00 with parts and labor. The engine was $1800.00 and the labor a parts was $2100.00. I called them and they said to send a video and esplain what was wrong so i did everything they asked me for. I keep calling them 3 days later and they just keep saying i will call you back and they never do. on there website it says that they test every engine that goes out . So they did not test anything. I need them to refund me all my money so i can finally get a engine put in my car. it has been a total of 7 weeks now with no car.

    The customer placed the order on 16th Nov for his 2003 Toyota Camry Used Engine which was shipped to him on time and it was also informed to him that it will take 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to deliever the part also it may take longer in case of higher volume. 

    We shipped the part on time and it was delievered to the buyer on time as well.

    Now coming to the second part, we were willing to resolve the issue as we got to know that it was a bad motors and were willing to work on it as well however the buyer was willing to cooprate so we finally decied to refund the money and we did.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    this company is lying about what they gave me back. They only put $450.00 back on my card . They did not put anymore money back on the other card. which should be $1350.00 . I just spoke to my credit card people to make sure it was not put back on my card and it shows they did not put it back at all. Plus when i paid them they told me the first card didn't work to give them another card so i did .  Then the next day i looked at my 2 cards and they took $450.00 out of the card that they said didn't work and then they took out $1350.00 out of the second card a$1800.00 . i do not know why they told me the first card didn't work but yet it did for the small amount. these people are terrible . So as of right now they only gave me $450.00 back in return and no more at all. Plus what about the labor that cost me $2140.00 They should return some of that money to. These people do not care about anyone at all.

    I talked to Jdsportmotors purchase finalization manager **** on 05/13/2022. My order finalized on May 24, 2022 according to the invoice I received. In which I payed a grand total of 1585$ to purchase a 12 valve cummins 6 bolt 5.9 Liter Diesiel engine. The reason for my dispute is that I ordered a Diesel engine however, they shipped me a Gasoline engine. I received the Gas engine on 06/01/2022. In which I called the company as soon as I arrived home after work and saw that they had shipped me the wrong engine. I sent and email with details and photos. I was told I would get a response in 24 hrs. I have not recieved any updates to this day. The Buisness has not even made an attempt to make things right. I have called several times, texted a few times and also sent a few emails. None of my text messages or emails have ever been answered. The several times that I have called and talked to them on the phone though they have answered every time. However, they have never given me a straight answer. Always saying I need to talk to **** but give a different excuse evrery time as to why I cant talk to him. They continue to send me down various rabbit holes.
