  As I've read the reviews previously entered by various customers about this company, I had to have my own experience, and if you are someone reading these reviews, I ask you to please take mine with extreme influence.
  I desperately needed a part, which I called every motorrand parts dealer in this country and not one of them had it in stock. Matter of fact, the part was on backorder 8 weeks, which those were for people who already ordered this particular part. My back was against the wall, and I had no choice. I even tried EBay, which they did send the part (which was the incorrect one). In my search, JD Motor Sports came up as an option. Never hearing of this company before, I immediately read the reviews. I became disheartened from the reviews and almost didn't order the part. However, the price was beyond reasonable. For the amount the part was listed by every local dealer nationwide, why not take a risk to solve my issue, and save over $300. I tell you no lie. The part was shipped within 24 hours. The dilemna tho, was the shipping. Ordering things from overseas is, has, and always will be a royal pain in the rear end, due to customs and whatever is going on in the world, between the origin and it's destination. That, however, has absolutely nothing to do with the shipper manufacturer. I became impatient. The time from order to receiving was about 10 days.
  JD MotorSports, only deals with international customer service through email. I will say, that they are extremely prompt with their response time and were beyond courteous and extremely friendly. I was able to deter the tone of warmth and positive energy through the words they used.
  If it weren't for JD MotorSports, I wouldn't be riding. I'd be waiting, still to spends over $300, plus the price of whoever would be installing it for me. So, contrary to other reviews, JD MotorSports did a supreme job, all around the board. I'd use them again (should I ever need any parts) in the future.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a third party seller. They use your credit card to buy from the actual vendor and charge an additional broker fee for being the third party without disclosing they are a third party, resulting in 2 separate charges on your credit card. They send out the wrong parts or engine and refuse to rectify their error. Poor communication and no customer service. They delay responses or no response at all in order to to go over the allotted time for exchanges. Purchased motor in December, motor sent was the incorrect motor and company will not cooperate to get the correct motor exchanged. In the process of contacting attorney to take company to small claims court. I Repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  I ordered a transmission was told $950 was charged $974 told me it was coming from Texas I live in Indiana gave me a company name of uni shippers and a tracking number for delivery find out from credit card statement it’s coming from a junkyard in Indiana 35 mi from me they charged me $150 freight the junkyard is delivering it them selves so uni shippers was a lie I called them said I could pick it up my self was told I couldn’t even though I spoke to the junkyard they said I could have picked it up but not know cause jd sports already set it up for delivery do not use this company not good to deal with at all they used my card to pay for transmission without my permission stay away from them

  DO NOT USE!!! They used our AMEX to buy parts and when we canceled the order due to many delays and their mishandling of our order, they would not refund. They told us to go to the company that they used our credit card to buy the part. this was never authorized and our invoice was from them, not the third party. I insisted on a refund and finally received an email from them that it would be taken care of. IT still hasn't been done. Now have to go to the credit card company and file a claim.

  Just had a great experience with JD Sport Motors. I needed to buy an engine for my 2007 Mustang and had a terrible time with another company that never called or showed up. I spoke with Gus who assured me that customer service was important to JD Sport Motors and fortunately it was the truth. He called when the delivery guy was on his way who arrived when he said he would and the transaction went seamlessly. Gus and the delivery guy were extremely pleasant as well. I recommend them highly!

  This company was so helpful and accommodating during my purchase process but made a complete 360 in their customer service efforts after shipping me the incorrect engine. I provided the sales agent Alex with every detail of my vehicle, including the VIN number. Somehow, I was still sent the wrong part. I reported the issue to the company on the same day of delivery, which was the 11/18/22. My sales representative Alex Johnson continued to promise me the incorrect engine would be picked up. He explained because of the holiday it would take time. Since then, there have been several calls and emails made to the company, but the issue still has not been resolved. Now when I call, they put me on hold or ignore me completely. It is now 12/18/22 and my calls and emails have gone unanswered from this company after spending $2250. I recommend consumers to stay clear of this company, I will never do business with them again!! This was highway robbery!

  This company is a bunch of liars and thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHTHIS COMPANY! THE DID NOT PROVIDE TRACKING OR SHIPPING INFO AFTER 2 DOZEN PHONE CALLS. THEN THEY TELL ME ON DAY 9 THAT MY PART WAS SHIPPED TO ANOTHER STATE AND WHEN I CANCELLED MY ORDER THEY CHARGED ME 30 PERCENT FOR THERE MISTAKE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES ! THE REVIEWS POSTED HERE ARE PROBALLY MADE UP ! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND HONEST PEOPLE!!
