      TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a swing set in March that was supposed to arrive late April. Never came. No updates. I’ve contacted them several times and got the run around- they had supply issues, warehouse issues, etc. I’ve asked to cancel my order and gotten no response. In the process of disputing through my credit card company, but not holding my breath. $780 gone! Such a waste of money and I’m beating myself up over this.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered in May, and sitting here at the end of August I'm out $777. My daughter missed having her swing set for her birthday. Lies, runaround, literally the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Maybe the swing sets are nice, I wouldn't know. After I wised up and tried to cancel, they decided that was a good time to send me a box of hardware. Now they say they can't give me a refund until I return their product, which I have to pay to send back. Oh and they "don't know where their warehouse is", so they can't give me an address to send it to anyway. What a disaster. I just read they filed for bankruptcy protection.

      Ordered a swingset in January of 2022, still no swingset and keep getting the runaround and now we’re almost in September!! Sickening that almost $1800 is gone and nothing to show for it!!!

      Ordered in March. Told delivery would be April. Excuse after excuse...no phone number to talk with anyone. Long story short, one lie after another...no refund confirmation after asking for one in mid JUNE....more lies, and nobody contacting me.

      I went to my bank and THEY got the refund for me because I bought it with their VISA card. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. The playsets were a gift to our GRANDKIDS !!! My opinion ? GO TO COSTCO..ORDER THEIR VERSION....IT SHIPPED WITHIN A WEEK AND WAS HERE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

      STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ?? That pretty much sums it up right there.

      We ordered in April and as of the end of August we haven't received any product, and they will charge us $300 to cancel the order.

      I ordered a playset Mar 6, 2022. I was told it wouldn't be delivered until end of April. I kept on following up... long story short, I still haven't received anything and it's mid August. They've changed their refund policy that they will keep $300 of the sales price for refunds.

      I ordered a swingset in May from Spimbey. I have been given the “run around” for weeks. It was supposed to be delivered June 20th ish and it’s August and I still don’t have a delivery date. I keep getting vague emails and I asked for a refund and now they say they won’t give me a full one. I’m so disappointed. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Every time you post on their Facebook or Instagram page they delete your comment ASAP. It’s so wrong.

      Had to do a dispute when company refused to deliver goods or give a refund. I am not sure if this was always a scam, or if they just suck at what they do.
