    To whom this may concern, I am writing about a transaction that is trying to take money from my bank card linked to this account. I just received a fraud alert from my bank, As this account has been canceled since December 13, 2023, so why is someone trying to take money for an account that has been canceled/ closed? I have also enclosed a screenshot of the said account that has been (CANCELED) in big RED letters. I called both numbers and each time both calls ended, the only required contact was to email. 1302 *** **** - Sorry the phone number was not found - Goodbye. 1302 *** ****- Other telephone Number - Call Ended Thank you, January 9, 2024 @ 1742 pm

    Did not mean to sign up for a two day trial and unfortunately realized too late (one day after ended), that I had. Emailed to see if there was any way to refund that. There was no way as per their "research" they could confirm I signed up for one. Umm... yeah I stated it was signed up for however, I did not utilize your service. There was no actual service given. Be aware that the trial is a two days STRICT period.
