  I never signed up for a premium account with Quizplus but after 2 months of having a free account they charged my bank account $40.00. I have email confirmation from them stating they do not have a $40 membership fee and show me as having a free account. I have sent them a picture of the charge in my bank account that shows a charge directly linked to them. Currently STILL attempting to get my money back.

  Scam. They didn't allow me to cancel my "monthly free trial", and after only 2 days they automatically charged my card 164$ and I want to connect them,but they didn’t respond . I had to get a new card ordered. Avoid like the plague, this is just preying on desperate college students trying to pass.

  Scam. They didn't allow me to cancel my "monthly free trial", and after only 2 days they automatically charged my card 40$ and the company charge name my bank saw in the statement was under a furniture store...not "quizplus". I had to get a new card ordered. Avoid like the plague, this is just preying on desperate college students trying to pass.

  I never signed up for QuizPlus, but I have had $40 taken out of my account for the past 4 months. I was finally able to get them to cancel it, but it took so many weeks. They also will not refund you anything. They told me they would refund me for one month but never did. I now had to get a new debit card and spent 2 hours at the bank.

  SCAM!! Charged even after cancellation, refused to give refund, kept saying I canceled the day after that I did. Finally sent them proof that I cancelled on the right day and even then was only offered partial refund. They are overcharged for the mediocre content on top of their unethical business practice. Better off with any one of the dozens of other study sites.

  They cheat on people. I’m going to sue them. Although I canceled my membership on the second day, they charged me $160 just in 3 days. I talked to them and asked them for help, but the customer service was very rude to me. There is no honesty. I suggest you not pay for this app.

  I had been using Quizplus for several semesters and it never let me down in terms of finding the answers to my questions quickly when I was in a pinch. I graduated this past May so I no longer require their services, but the cancellation process is way more convenient than other sites like Chegg where I was still being charged after "cancelling" my subscription.
