      I had ordered a computer from this company for my son for Christmas on December 9. My son did not open the box until December 26 the day after Christmas when we opened the box and plug. The computer in the computer screen was cracked, and the computer was unusable, especially for paying $500 for a computer you can’t use. We were very disappointed. I reached out to the company multiple times and they refused to give a refund for a broken damaged product that they sent to us saying that I waited too long to return it when naturally it was a Christmas gift so my son wasn’t gonna open it before Christmas. They now have the broken computer and will not refund me the money if I would have known that I would’ve kept the computer and just paid to have a company fix it I assumed being a legitimate business they would accept and take accountability for them, sending a broken computer and refund the money. I tried calling the number over 30 times it says their voicemail box is full, which leads me to believe that it is not a legitimate business or a legitimate phone number. They message me back-and-forth on Amazon, but refuse to give me a phone number to speak with somebody and refuse to call me and speak with me personally I have filed a report against them on Amazon and I’ve also disputed the company through my bank they still take no accountability for them sending my son a broken computer for Christmas in which they refuse to refund the money even though they have the computer back.

      Purchase a "NEW" Lenovo Business Laptop, 15.6" Display, Intel Core i3-1215U, Long Battery Life, Military Grade Durability, RJ-45 Ethernet Port, USB-C 1 year office, Window 11 Pro (36gb Ram 1TBPCle SSD) on July 8th 2024 From Oydisen WOWPC.
      I have been using it for about a month and the battery life only last about 2 hours and the sound is horrible, it doesn't want to stay connect to Bluetooth items. Took it to best buy to see what I could do to help with the problems that I'm having and was told that it was a "built computer" with after market part. after contacting the seller they admitted what they do and offer to fix it. I didn't purchase a used computer.

      bought a refurb hp laptop via amazon. after 10 days the memory module failed. based on other reviews this is not uncommon for them

      On Jan 13, 2023 I purchased a 'New' HP 'Pavilion' laptop from Amazon.com's 3rd party seller Oydisen for $749.70. While I was disappointed in the quality and features of the laptop, it didn't occur to me it was not the model I had ordered. It was in what appeared to be original packaging, so it didn't occur to me it had been tampered with. The hard drive failed at 9months. When I sent it to HP for repairs, HP Warranty notified me the laptop was NOT new, was NOT a Pavilion, and the warranty was void as the hard drive was not an original HP part, but a modification. Their records show the laptop had been booted in December of 2021, prior to my purchase, which is likely when the modification occurred. I made a 3month good faith effort to be refunded by Amazon/Oydisen for the misrepresentation/fraud. There were over 20 contacts with Amazon reps - alternately being assured their A-Z Warranty would assure my 100% satisfaction, and being told there was no information in their system regarding my claim. On Feb 1st, 2023, Amazon stated they could not honor the warranty as 12m had passed since the purchase. Did they run the clock or do they have a company culture of passive claims avoidance? Oydisen, when contacted by Amazon, originally refused my request for a refund, and later offered to 'repair' the laptop. At no time did they respond to my concerns regarding disinformation & fraud. I have filed a complaint with Colorado's Attorney General, & hope others that I'm seeing have experienced the same fraudulent dealing & lack of response from Amazon will do the same. It's an easy, straight forward on-line form, and may help reveal what appears to be a pattern of fraud by Oydisen, and lack of accountability from Amazon.

      Laptop purchased from Oydisen Electronics stopped working after 4 months of operations. The computer was purchased from Oydisen through Amazon.com. I returned the non-working computer to HP for repair. HP informed me that the 16 GB RAM upgrade was performed with unauthorized HP memory. As a result HP cannot repair the laptop without me purchasing $350 for HP authorized memory and service.
