I purchased a DELL Ispiron computer from Amazon for in July 2024. After a month and a half he was not able to use the windows key and it was loading very slow if at all at times. I had it looked at by our tech specialist and he said the processor was very cheap and would continue to break on us.

I reached out to Dell since it was still under a year that we had it only to find out that this was a refurbished, 2023 computer from Malaysia and there was no longer a warranty. THIS WAS NOT how it was advertised. Finally, this was after the 30 day return policy of the company in Malaysia via Amazon so they will not reimburse me either.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop through Amazon.com from this retailer on 16 May 2024. I received the computer on 18 May 2024. When I tried to register the machine with Lenovo I was informed it had already registered in India in October of 2023. I have tried to contact the company ever since with no luck and no response. Amazon indicated I had to work with the seller Oydisen WOWPC and that Amazon was not responsible. I have contacted Lenovo and provided proof of purchase and was informed they could not deregister the device and reregister it to me. I am still trying to make contact with this seller in hopes of retuning the device and receiving a refund. Fat Chance.

I ordered a HP laptop for $399 from Amazon they this seller, Odyisen. They made a fake status as far as the delivery date & shipping status. Amazon contacted Oydisen & they haven’t been able to reached them either. I’ve tried calling as well. I’ve contacted the “carrier” UPS & they informed me that Oydisen never even gave them my laptop to ship! I haven’t gotten a response from this company at all. I’ve lost $399 in which I can not get back

Purchased a "new" laptop from amazon. Laptop arrived with fingerprints on display, torn stickers, removed and restuck stickers. Powered pc up and software failure initiated a return on amazon, received return label, shipped. they are stating that I didn't contact them for a return label and it went to the wrong location and no refund is due. Contacted amazon who let them know I used the return label they provided. Awaiting response still.... will work with amazon to get money refunded due to non-responsiveness. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Oydisen WOWPC is a highly corrupted company that sells computers on Amazon. I purchased a brand new computer from them, and within one year, the computer did not turn on any more. No warning, just one day, it does not work at all. I called HP Support to see if they can help me and after giving them the serial number and product number, I was told that my computer already had a warranty placed on it by someone else six months before I purchased it, thus the computer I have is actually registered with HP under a different owner's name. HP cannot fix it as the computer is not actually mine and not brand new as well. The computer that I received is a refurnished computer that was sold to me as brand new. Basically, I am out several hundred dollars for a worthless "brand new" computer that is not brand new, but refurnished, and cannot be fixed by HP. My only option is to find a company that fixes computers and spend hundreds of dollars more to fix a "brand new" computer which I will not spend more money into a broken computer that I had for less than one year. Oydisen WOWPC is definitely a scam and corrupted third-party seller on Amazon. I hope that by reading this post and the many others below, you do not buy anything from them and since Amazon will not help with this issue, be carefully of buying any expensive electronics on Amazon because the third-party seller could be a scam artist company. I tried to get this seller kicked off Amazon but as of today, I still see them on the system which tells me that Amazon is not policing their third-party sellers who scam Amazon buyers. I did not see these posts below beforehand and if I did I would never have purchased this brand new worthless computer from Oydisen Computers. I was scammed and there is nothing I can do about it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I also ordered a Lenovo 15.6 ideapad 20gb ram and 1tb, through Amazon and what I got was a Lenovo 14”ideapad 4gb ram and 64 gb storage, I got ahold of Amazon and they said to send it back, and they will start the refund process, and they denied my refund because they said that laptop I sent back was the wrong one, well that’s why I sent it back,so after going back and forth with Amazon they didn’t give me a refund and they won’t send me another and they keep the one I sent and I have a 500 dollar bill to pay and nothing to show for it,total scam

I ordered a laptop through Amazon from this company. The laptop did not accurately described and the company has taken no action to rectify the situation. The only way to connect with them is via messages through Amazon. I have asked to escalate this this several times without response. If you have a problem with your laptop, do not expect strong support.

I was defrauded by Oydisen just like many other people. I was not aware that the RAM in the laptop I bought from Oydisen was not an authentic HP RAM. I did not learn of this problem until I attempted to have HP repair the laptop and was told the repair was outside of the warranty because Oydisen had replaced the authentic HP RAM with another one.

I recently bought an upgraded HP laptop from Oydisen Electronics on Amazon. The memory and storage were upgraded by Oydisen Electronics. After 2 weeks of use, the laptop shut off. In restarting, an HP screen let me know that no OS was detected. I worked through some HP troubleshooting steps and the laptop could not detect an SSD. I tried taking the back panel off to see if the SSD had somehow come loose, but it is glued to something in the middle, and forcing it off would mean breaking the back panel and maybe the motherboard if that is what it is glued to. I asked the seller about this and they just told me to return it, but I had already saved so many personal files to the drive when it disappeared, and I do not feel comfortable returning it like this. I have tried Linux/Windows USB installations, but neither could detect any drives (after USB). It seems that I will be taking the $1000 hit on this. Amazon refuses to refund me without a return, and returning it would mean submitting my financials, health records, passwords, etc., to the mercy of Oydisen Electronics. Could this be a self-destructing laptop by design?

Same experience as Donna L, only with a Lenovo IdeaPad 3. Sold by Oydisen Electronics through Amazon, hard drive failed after two months, sent to Lenovo Repair Depot which stated that the memory had been replaced by a third party memory and the warranty was therefor null and void. Lenovo offered to replace the 1 Tb hard drive with a 1/4 Tb (256 Gb) drive at my cost of $165.
to paraphrase Donna L, "Oydisen's actions prior to me purchasing the laptop voided the Lenovo Warranty. Shame, shame, shame on Oydisen."
