    Minor roofing repair was done July 6th 2023 paid $279 for it. Roof was still leaking at the same spot and technician came out second time to inform us that more bigger repairs needs to be done.Since they came out and did some work, technician told us we will not be refunded for repair even though it was still leaking from same spot. I was under the impression that if first repair failed, technician will attempt another repair.
    Instead we were informed quote for bigger repair and he declined to credit us for previous work.

    Our Repairs Manager reached out to the customer and refunded the $279 as a courtesy. We did offer other options, and Repair Manager did go over those with customer in the event they were interested in other options.

    they were suppose to replace wood that was bad and then shingle they covered water damaged wood and shingled over a hole in the roof instead of replacing wood.I have called several times over the last 2 months to get no where with them i paid them 18500.00 for this roof also i have water coming in the door under the roof and they are blaming it on the pointing that would cost 8000.00 to fix that problem i think the state attorney general needs to look into the lousy work that they do.

    Ordered sliding doors last May,still not complete, wrong parts ordered numerous times resulting in eight week wait,stillnot complete, this is not how a warranty should be used for inferior work nobody seems to care,called head of department for window installation Jeremy McKinney and they won't return my calls or answer text messages

    I signed the contract for new roof with PJ Fitzpatrick and gave them $6000 by check.
    They deposited the check immediately. I cancelled the contract within, 24 hours. Now to get my $6000 back, for which, I have called them 3 times already. Today the person said, your check will be mailed on 3/29/2023. This will add more days by USPS to receive me.
    This is unfair business practice. Please help me to get my money back earlier.

    Original installation was last November. The installation is terrible. They were ill prepared for the installation, material ordered not on site, 3 hour delays on a cold November day, they hid out of the wind in my garage until the material arrived.. Off to a bad start. They set up shop in my rowhouse Far NE Philadelphia driveway, and encroached onto my next door neighbor’s driveway, that’s not good.
    2nd day they worked way into the darkness…and it really looks it. They left the 100A 220V Service Entrance Cable unsupported, including the mast head. A National Electrical Code Violation. Also left a new Ring outdoor camera/light fixture hanging by the #14 branch circuit feeders via electrical spring connectors (wire nuts), that’s awful, not to mention dangerous. Fingerprints everywhere. They left my vertical rain spout disconnected. The window capping looks like a child did it. I believe I was supposed to get a new fascia board at the top of the house but the original is still there.
    I’ve tried several times to get them to correct their shoddy workmanship. They returned twice ill prepared, and again, seemingly under skilled to make the corrections, for example they completely missed a gable vent and sided over it, they returned to correct their mistake and managed to make it look worse by installing it at higher elevation than the adjacent gable vent which gives a nice “whacky shack” look, I’m thrilled (There’s pics).
    They DID correct the unsupported service cable, and rain spout. I fixed the camera/fixture, I didn’t need anymore dirty fingerprints to clean.
    Their office lies to me all the time about coming back out. I have a short novel of texting lies, broken promises. Pictures were taken and sent to them, still no action.
    A review was posted on THIS site, that got them back out here, but that was the last time I might’ve heard from them.
