I brought my car here for the first time to fix an issue with my Malibu it turns on and off when I stop. Well it wasn’t turning back on so I explained to them how i needed that fixed they kept my car for a week by the time I got my car bck they fixed my check engine light but not the issue I brung it here for. I brung it back same day they asked me to bring it back when I had some time. Ok found a way around the issue. My breaks locked up on my getting off 95 bring it back they give me a list of 2k+ in repairs ok give them the benefit of the doubt set up financing to get everything fixed. I pick my car up check engine light comes back on immediately. Called them and bring it back they run it reset it apparently nothings wrong. Came back the next day now the issue about a faulty part is the issue but it drives fine. They asked if I could drop my car off no cost to me will order part put it on will b good to go. Went on a trip so I figured perfect time to drop it off while I don’t need it. No cost to me remember that! So I drop it off come back from my trip to pick it up. They said my car not ready. Wym my car not ready they said I told him to call. I called at 930 am owner says oh there’s this this n this wrong now. Huhhh they were suppose to b replacing a part remember? Oh now something else is wrong 1300 of repairs (thank god Maxcare covered all but 150) I get my car back drives fine home. Going to work next day I break down on the side of the road. Now I’m pissed because wtf. Get it towed back they say oh u need a oil change we won’t charge u. Runs fine all the way home I go out that night almost get stuck again. They fucked my car up idk wtf going on but I only had this car for 2 yrs now I have to either go somewhere else and pay out the ass or get a new car I’m not bringing my car back to these ppl ever again they are scammers or they just don’t know what they are doing. Don’t bring your good running car here cuz u won’t have one when they are done with it.
