    I got this policy and the contract clearly states that minus some fees that they have that I can cancel this at any time and get my money back as long as I have not used it so twice my car broke down and twice the warranty didn't cover anything on the car so I canceled it I sent in all the paperwork that they asked I did everything they said I waited a while and then when I called them back they said that they didn't have the information that they didn't have this that they didn't have that then they talked me into keeping the policy again so then another situation happened with the car that nothing was covered for so I said no this is it let me cancel it so they quoted me exactly how much they were going to charge me which is about $400 they were taking off and that I needed to send all this paperwork I got a tracking number the company received everything that they needed I called them at least once a week they keep telling me that they have a $923 check for me that one minute it's going to be here on this day the next minute it's already been sent out now I call him again today and they say that they don't know what's going on they're waiting for a manager to call me back every time I I tell them what they said on the previous call they state that that that's not in their phone logs so they're not even putting the information in that we have a conversation about I have tried to deal with these people it's not fair that they have taken this money when it clearly says that I am entitled to my money back I really need help with this in

    On November 23rd I purchased an extended car warranty from ASE. I paid the whole amount in full of $3000. I was told I can cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. I canceled on December 1st. I signed the paperwork digitally via email the same day. I sent them a notarized letter to confirm my cancellation on December 5th. I tracked the delivery of the letter, it was delivered on December 6th and signed for by an employee After calling them for several days they finally confirmed that they got it. I was told I should have my refund in my account by today 1/9/22. I have no refund yet.

    I purchased a warranty online in March 2022. The website did not upload my signature; I tried three times and thought it went through. They sent me a policy. My car broke down and I discovered the warranty was invalid due to lack of signature. I asked for a refund and since April of this year it still has not been refunded and their only response was to sign away my rights as they tried to force me to sign the original. I have a lawyer friend who told me the contract was invalid due to no signature. I filled out their damn forms, notarized it, and sent it certified mail as their manager asked. I want a refund which I am entitled to by law. It has been 6 months!

    I took out a extended warranty on my vehicle with ASE. When I went to file a service request I was told it was not covered even though when I got the policy I was told the policy would cover the car bumper to bumper. I cancelled the policy then signed the online cancellation paper. When I go to collect my refund , I'm told I didn't submit something different every time when everytime I call I'm told that's all that is needed.

    On 7/28/22 I paid $980- for a 1 year warranty after talking to the sales person. He explained that the policy covers all car mechanical breakdowns and it covers all items that are not normal wear and tear items. Items not covered would be things like oil changes, brakes or brake pads, tune ups etc.
    I was asked to upload to their website photos of my mileage, VIN# and license plate, which I did. I thought I was done and was covered under the policy.
    On 8/31/22 I called ASE Warranty to ask a question about it and they told me that I still need to sign the agreement which had not been signed. I asked why I was not given the agreement before the time of purchase to read over, and the person told me their system had some issues, and so I still needed to sign it in order to be covered.
    On 10/6 I brought my car to a mechanic to have him look at the A/C which was not working and he said it needed a new A/C compressor. The mechanic called ASE Warranty and explained the issue. He was asked to upload pictures of the damaged part, which the mechanic told me he thought was strange and that is not a normal request. He uploaded pictures and the ASE Warranty told him they were not viewable but he uploaded the pictures in a different way.
    On 10/10 I called them to get the status of my claim was and was told that they were denying it because they said I should have maintained my car in good condition and so they did not cover it. I told them I wanted to cancel my policy , and felt I was misled about covered parts and wanted a full refund. The person sent me a generic document that did not state what I would be refunded, but was a release. I had to ask her how much they would refund and they said only $428.67 out of $980- paid.
    They would not let me talk to a manager. This company is stealing from consumers and should be stopped from doing unscrupulous business practices. People should be allowed to read the agreement BEFORE paying out of pocket and then beg for money back. HELP!

    I paid $3,250 for a 100,000 mi warranty with ASE Warranty. The first claim I had to make they fought me on and tried to tell me that the part was not covered even though it was clearly indicated in their contract that it was a high-end electronic part and covered. I finally had to pay for over half of the repair and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement and that was over a month ago. Now I have another claim and their customer service manager is stating that the part costs less than half of what it really does even though I sent her an invoice from the Dodge dealer to show how much the part costs. These people were supposed to have one of the highest rated aftermarket warranty companies in the country and after looking on your website I see they have a d minus rating which now I understand. It needs to be downgraded to an f based on this behavior. I can be contacted for confirmation of any of this information. I shouldn't have to fight a warranty company that I've spent thousands of dollars with to get coverage for an expensive vehicle every time I have to make a claim.

    March 23rd of 2022 I purchased an extended warranty from this company for the amount of about $2300. Sold the car after a few weeks and called ASE to get my refund. Since then I’ve been trying to receive my money and still nothing. Their website says they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

    I purchased a warranty for my 2015 BMW M4 from this company on June 17th 2022.

    Per their terms and conditions- there is a 30 day money back guarantee.

    I sold the vehicle within the 30 days and no longer needed the warranty,

    I cancelled and signed the cancellation request on July 12th.

    I was told it would take 10-15 days to be refunded the $2052 I spent.

    Its now been almost 30 days since the cancellation.

    I have called multiple times and get hung up on or placed on hold for extended periods. Basically being jerked around. They obviously hope I will just give up trying to get my money back.
